This place would be fine if they gave a damn about their employees. The turnover rate here must be absolutely ridiculous. The only ones that stick around are totally clueless or are backed into a corner for a job. The owner clearly doesn’t care about his employees, and I wouldn’t doubt if he cuts hours to keep people under full-​time/​under the minimum hours needed to pay for mandatory healthcare. There are better places to shop that actually care about the people who work for them. Go there instead if you care about employers paying their workers a living wage.
