In addition to my counseling practice which is primary, I have lectured and given workshops in most of the hospitals in Orange county, NY as well as other locations throughout the United States. I also produced and hosted the weekly radio show, «The Mind/​Body Connection» which aired throughout the Hudson Valley, NY.

I have advanced training from Harvard Medical School in Mind/​Body Medicine and also in The Hypnotic Enhancement of Peak Performance for Sports, Academics, The Performing Arts and the Workplace.

I have advanced certification in Hypnosis from The National Guild of Hypnotists.

I was trained and certified in Past Life Regression Therapy by Dr. Brian Weiss, MD.

I was trained in Trauma Awareness and Recovery at Eastern Mennonite University.
