PC-Tech Computer Store

I had an older laptop that my daughter needed for college. Upon entering the store I recieved a warm welcome from both people and they were so very friendly. They assured me they would look it over and give me a call back. The very next day I received a call and they gave me the details of what needed to be done. And it was ready to go the very next day. You can’t beat the service or friendliness of this store. I would HIGHLY recommend them for all your service needs!

I came to this store to fix my iPad charging port and a cracked screen on my iPad. Not only they fixed both of my problems for a very reasonable price but the staff explained to me what was going to be done with my iPad step by step. The staff is also very friendly and caring. They kept me up to date with my repair. As soon as they were done they called me. I would recommend anyone to this store for their repairs.

Very questionable operation. Had my laptop for over 2 months on a replacement motherboard diagnosis, and apparently 3 different boards ordered from the manufacturer were dead on arrival. Not that you’d know what was going on unless you plant your head firmly up the asses of the people working there (of which there only seems to be 2 aside from the guy that may or may not own the place) and badger them, because otherwise you absolutely, under no circumstances will be kept informed of the status of the repair. When I finally got fed up and went back to pick up my laptop, I was told it was disassembled at their other location on Branch Ave. WHICH, mind you, I was told by a friend who used them for a phone repair and had similarly bad service, was a location exclusively for phone repair. They then proceeded to FORGET to retrieve my laptop for several days. As a Yahoo Local review will tell you, all conversations they have with the owner, whether in person or on the phone, will be in another language, and although there are a ton of disassembled TVs in the place at any point, I’ve yet to actually see anyone doing any work on computers, or work in general. Since apparently other people have had stuff «stolen» from the business in the past, this kinda screams «chop shop.» They tried to placate me with a $ 25 gift card for MORE OF THEIR QUESTIONABLE SERVICES. When i asked for my $ 35 diagnostic fee back, i will say that they were happy to oblige, probably because they knew how agitated I was, and the chances of them being a legitimate business are so unbelievably low that it was in their best interests to not blow their low profile. Avoid like the PLAGUE.

Waited 20 min on Saturday feb 8 for this place to open. I went to common courtesy computer repair up the street and was glad I did. Opening up your store on time should be a priority.

I brought my husband’s tablet in recently to have the cracked screen replaced. As it was not an expensive tablet, the price to replace the screen was close to what he had paid but not quite, so we went ahead with the repair. I was told it would take a while since they did not have the part in stock. When I hadn’t heard anything by the end of the time frame that he quoted, I stopped in. He gave me another date that it would be ready. I received a call a couple of days early that it was ready to pick up. The tablet is as good as new. I had to wait longer but I’m happy with the service. I won’t hesitate to go back if/​when I have a problem with a computer or electronic since they are right around the corner.

How traumatic is having a mom addicted to Facebook and low knowledge in computers? Well my mom called me terrified that her laptop no longer works Id checked out n find out the reason was she caught a virus. Couldn’t had it removed myself so I knew I needed expert help. In my research found this recently opened place close to her house. I’d walked in a Jon received me with a smile, explained him my situation and he said he will have it check out the same day!
I’d just picked up the laptop was fixed for a reasonable price and 1 years antivirus!!!
