Noon Designs – Pawtuxet Village

Visited this shop at its new location in Pawtuxet Village after lunch with a friend across the street. I loved the selection of handmade gifts. The scrubs, lotions, and perfumes all smell so good it was nearly impossible to choose. I thought the prices were reasonable and the staff was very friendly. There was even a sweet, friendly dog who came out for a belly rub. I look forward to stopping in regularly. What a great addition to our little village!

For the longest time I did not go into this store. I really did not know what it was about. I thought, «I don’t need any more candles or jewelry.» I was wrong. By the time I finally stepped into the store I found they were moving from downtown Providence to Pawtuxet Village. What do I like about Noon Designs? I think it is great that the products are either made onsite or in the USA. Their packaging is unique and well thought out. Every thing I have bought from perfume to jewelry has been high quality. It is great to be able to support a local business. I look forward to visiting them at their new location.

This is my go to place for beautiful, unique, hand made local jewelry. They have both classically elegant designs as well as more funky artsy designs. The staff are fantastic and so sweet. Wish them much success… this is a must see buy local stop

The have the most unique jewelry and I always get compliments on my earrings! The staff especially Caitlin is really helpful and sweet! I will be shopping here for a long time. They’re beautiful handcrafted jewelry makes a special gift too :)

I will not buy candles or soap anywhere else, and I am always telling my friends to go their for jewelry purchases. Everything is so reasonably priced. Everything is unique, you will always get a compliment on your item from Noon.

Nice shop and friendly employees. Great gift ideas and very creative designs. They also have local honey and soaps. Prices are reasonable for the quality of products. Only downside is that they close early 6PM and closed on Sunday.

Three words: Cardamom Sugar Scrub. I tried this product for the first time a few weeks ago and now I use consistently it as an exfoliant in my shower. Not only does it smell amazing, it works like a charm. I think it’s become my new excuse to head to Noon and check out what’s new because I haven’t been stingy with it!
Aside from the sugar scrub, I also enjoy the soy-​based candles (smell so amazing) and jewelry at Noon. The store offers handmade products from artisans across the country, as well as jewelry made in-​house in the Rhode Island studio, which just so happens to be located on the second floor above the shop.
Everything is priced very reasonably and is a much better deal than what you would get in the mall! In short, I think my friends and family will begin to notice a serious trend in my gift-​giving…

I often get so caught up reviewing the awesome restaurants of Providence, I forget to give some love to the other businesses that deserve some great recognition. Noon has got to be one of the cutest boutiques I have come across. I stop here to get gifts for my mom and roommates for virtually any holiday or birthday. They have such unique yet beautifully crafted jewelry. i always walk out with a pair of earrings at the least! Most is gold plated but the prices are not outrageous in the least. They also have a huge selection of super cool soaps, candles, kitchen items, and cool «Rhody» gifts. The owner is almost always there and she is so friendly. I really enjoy giving this store my business and I hope you decide to as well. They are located right next to the Arcade, and they happen to occupy my favorite building in all of Providence. I am actually obsessed with Noon and I want everyone to know it. Anytime a friend is looking for a gift, I send them right on down Weybosset. Noon has something for everyone and a bunch of stuff for yourself. The jewelry is gorgeous and hand crafted by the owners; unique yet versatile enough for every day wear. I bought my wishbone necklace here months ago and just about every day I wear it I get at least one remark on how beautiful it is.
Besides the jewelry they carry gorgeous letterpress cards, scented, handmade soy candles, the perfect kitchen tea towel (with a variety of designs to match any décor), and so much more!
When you’re at the register checking out with all of the fun stuff you’re buying for your place (and the one thing for the person you initially stopped in to buy for), sign up for their emails. The shop hosts a get together every few months with drinks and apps and the opportunity to shop their newest items before everyone else.

My friend and I stopped in here last week on the way to Ellies for breakfast. Very cute little store with local products. Beautiful backdrop behind the register. I love that they have soy candles. Definitely worth a stop

Such a darling little shop with really beautiful items — earrings, necklaces, scarves, candles & decorative dishes galore!
Personally, I love their wishbone and horseshoe necklaces — they come in silver or gold and make a great gift. My favorite part about them is the closure — it’s a beautiful hook with delicate little gem stones. It’s just so pretty and dainty, it makes the whole design that much more precious.
My favorite item, however, are their incredibly soft and stylish infinity scarves. I love, love, love mine SO much, that when I lost my first one, I immediately went back to the shop to replace it – that’s how much I cannot live without it! The scarves come in a few different patterns and are all in the cream/​grey theme, which I love. They do have a few additional patterns, as well.
The women who work at Noon are all so sweet and so friendly. You can tell they absolutely love the design concept and cherish the items they sell. The store itself is really cute and totally worth popping into to look around. And if you’re looking for a gift for a man in your life, they have these gorgeous cutting boards with the state of RI branded into them — how cool is that?!
Parking can be a bit tricky, especially on Waybossett so I recommend finding a spot on Westminster or around there — it’s a short walk just around the corner.

This place is adorable with fabulous jewelry and other nick-​knacks. I’m hoping to buy my wedding earrings here. The woman working there was very helpful, and since I wasn’t sure a pair of earrings I liked would match my dress, she suggested bringing my dress in to make sure it matches (only exchanges, no returns, so she didn’t want me to buy something and then have it not match). She also told me I could pick any of the designs and it could be made into a different way if I wanted it to. Awesome place!

I was so happy to have gone to the down city sale a couple weekends ago. Discovering Noon, among other cute little boutiques was quite the treat. They had a wonderful assortment of earrings and other treasures. I have already made it back to get mom a gift for Mother’s Day!

My friend and are were finishing up some of our Christmas shopping the other day and I decided it was the perfect time to hunt down the location of Noon Designs. It’s on the corner of Weybossett and Dorrance near the Arcade for those who are directionally challenged such as myself. Once we made it inside I was instantly in love with all of the cool handmade items. I’m pretty picky about buying anything that’s handmade. — I don’t want it to look like a 5-​year old put it together. I was so pleasantly surprised! The jewelry is amazing and there are several different styles. Every piece seems to be a little bit different from the next. They also have some very cool candles, soaps, scrubs and other products. I bought body scrub that smells amazing and plan on going back for more. I wish I would have found this place earlier in my shopping — so many great gifts. So glad that they moved into the downtown area because it’s such a cute little addition!

Noon Designs is: hand-​fabricated jewelry, letterpress cards, and a hodge podge of handmade goods catering to home décor and wearable accessories. Oh how I love paper crafts! Some of my favorite products? Handmade earrings (by Noon and other designers), beaded vintage headbands, their very own brand of perfume, and an awesome array of ceramic seashell soap/​card holders.
Noon Designs is: some of the most clever, quirky, and feel good awesome store displays that I’ve ever seen. Why take signs when one can chalk directly onto the wall? Why not doodle frames with sharpies around the earring displays to make them look like hanging paintings? Of course it makes sense to weave together colorful cord around a post! Origami for fun? You betcha.
Noon Designs is: RI-​born jewelry designer Nora Alexander and graphic designer Maie Liis Webb, both graduates of RISD. The concept returns to RI after launching on the west coast.
Noon Designs is: hard to find, but only because it’s not located in a place where you’d stumble upon it if wandering down the string of boutiques of Westminster. Find it on Weybosset, to the left of The Arcade, which is currently under construction. It will be more apparent that this gem of a boutique is up and running once some of the new restaurants open up (spaces where Custom House and DownCity were?) and The Arcade reopens.
But for now, make a special trip ALL the way to 75 Weybosset to be inspired by the products and the displays.
Promise, promise you will find a treasure and feel more beautiful just by walking into the space.
