Lifocus — OI Global Partners began in Rhode Island as a Career and Job Coaching, as well as an Executive Coaching business. I am a certified Career/​Executive coach. I’ve worked in the career coaching industry for 20+ years. I’ve seen that regardless of how proficient you are in your job or profession, or how senior you are — if you are not educated in the process of managing your career, or finding a job, even the most highly qualified people inevitably struggle. Business Owner

Tom Wharton is the founder and President of Lifocus Inc., established in 1995, and Managing Partner of OI Global Partners. He attended Bowling Green University where he studied Business Administration. He also has numerous certifications in Information Technology. In addition, he brings over 25 years of Corporate Management experience with Thom McAn footwear as a Regional VP, having had responsibility for recruiting, hiring, coaching, training, promotion, retention, performance management, and succession planning.

Tom is also a Certified Executive Coach and an ICCI Certified Career Counselor. He is considered an authority on issues related to executive coaching, career counseling, and social media branding, having authored many Blogs on related topics. Tom has coached hundreds of managers, professionals, executives and C-​suite in performance coaching, skills coaching and career coaching.
