History

Established in 2007.

We are a young company with over 20 years experience with an office located in Warwick, NY. Our company was started as a part-​time venture but we decided to turn it into a full time, family run business when the President, Peter F Artusa retired after being a local Police Officer for 22 years.

A Sparkling View is members of the Orange County Chamber, Sullivan County Chamber, Warwick Chamber and the Pine Island Chamber. Our Owner Peter F Artusa is a Leadership Orange graduate of the class of 2009 and currently sit on its board of directors. Peter also sits on several committees with the Orange County Chamber and A SParkling View won the Orange County Chambers Small Business of the year award for 2010.
