The Parkview Warsaw YMCA at 1305 Mariners Drive, Warsaw includes a wellness center, warm water pool, lap and recreation pool, sauna, 2 gyms, indoor walking track, four group exercise rooms, 2 multi-​purpose rooms, a chapel, a babysitting area, and a multi-​generational center.

We offer programs and services for every age and skill level to involve the whole family. For example:

Swim classes starting at 6 months and gymnastics lessons starting when your child begins walking.

Youth Sports for age 3 to 3rd grade.

Free Youth Conditioning classes starting at age 8 that teach kids how to use the fitness equipment.

Youth Fitness Classes for ages 9 – 15.

Adaptive programs including youth sports, aquatics and social activities for those with special needs of all ages.

We also offer around 100 group exercise and water aerobics classes free with your membership. Childcare for ages 6 weeks to 14 years is free for Y members for up to two hours while you work out.

History

Established in 1962.

Locally, the Kosciusko Community YMCA was founded in 1962 in response to community need based on a survey conducted by the local Jaycees. To make the community a better place to live, work and play, many community individuals made significant contributions to the first capital campaign. They knew that support of the Y meant stronger and better character, bodies, minds and citizens for the years ahead. The original facility was dedicated on October 10, 1965.

In 1984, the Kosciusko Community YMCA Board of Directors determined that if the Y was to continue serving our community, a major building and renovation expansion project must take place. On January 7, 1985, the Y began a major fund drive to raise $ 1,500,000. The drive, to be known as Discover Excellence Y 85, involved over 150 volunteers. Through the efforts of these volunteers the Y received over 500 pledges, totaling $ 1,480,000. The new addition, at the Smith Street location, of a gymnasium, indoor running track, fitness center,
