Tina’s Tips & Toes

If I could give no stars I would. I went as a new customer and instead of feeling welcomed I felt rushed. At first the nails I had done looked good. Some of the nails were inconsistant and the nail art wasnt fully pushed to the nail so it stuck out which ended up causing it to get stuck on eveything. She noticed this and didnt bother to fix it at the time of the appointment. It was my first time getting 3d nail art so I went with the flow. By the next day the 3d art was coming off and the polish was chipping. I called the following day and left a friendly voicemail asking if i could schedule an appointment and pay her to fix them. I wasnt rude, or upset, nothing. I just wanted them fixed. Do I even get a response? Not at all. She did half assed work and then refused to fix them. In all honesty if i had a better experience and she was more professional I probubly would have became a regular for many of her services so im confused on her lack of customer serice. Biggest waste of time and money. I highly recommend going anywhere but here.

Great place to get eyelash extensions done! Tina is very professional and on time! A hidden gem in warrenville! So glad I was recommended to her!
