Just had a heartbreaking experience here — After waiting a month an a half, after miscarrying twins, for an appointment with Dr. Uhler, I was turned away, told our in-​network insurance doesn’t cover her services. I followed up with the insurance company, who states that they do in fact cover medical treatments provided by Dr. Uhler for medically-​based reproductive issues. Again feeling encouraged, I called FCI back, asking to discuss benefits with someone, but couldn’t make it past an incredibly rude and dismissive receptionist.
I see from other Unilocalers for other FCI sites that this seems to be a pattern. Seems that unless you’re looking to spend big $$ out-​of-​pocket, FCI is not interested in your business. Just awful.

If not with this wonderful facility I wont be 7 weeks and 5 days along by now. Me and my husband have been TTC for more than one year and it only took me ONE attempt of IUI to conceive with the help of this wonderful facility. They definitely know what they are doing and they truly care for their patients.
Dr. Uhler is very intelligent and she listens very well on your concerns and give you options you have. LaDonna, Shannon and Jennifer are the best nurses, they never fail to update you with your progress and whatever medications you need. They make sure you feel comfortable the entire process. They are also very patient to answers whatever concerns you have, truly dedicated workers.
Ralph, Gloria and Katie are very warm and welcoming and I never had a problem setting for schedule that will be suitable to my timeframe.
I definitely will miss them but who knows maybe I’ll see them again for my second baby. Thank you FCI for giving me my miracle.

I would highly recommend this fertility clinic to anyone. Dr Uhler is a great doctor, she takes time with her patients and explains information thoroughly. What I love the most about FCI Warrenville is the nurses and staff. LaDonna, Shannon, Patty, and Gloria are all AMAZING! They are so nice and understanding. They are very knowledgeable. I am so happy I was referred to this clinic.
