I walked in early this am because I was having a problem with my new iphone that I have had for a month. The problem was that the settings of my iphone showed a different telephone number than my real phone number, as it had since I first bought it. Even though the phone has been updated at least once in that month, the problem has continued and people I called would look at the caller id and not answer as they did not recognize the number. Recently another persons name had been showing up on the caller ID too. Instead of fixing the problem, the manager insisted that I had to update my phone before he could do anything. He even said that because of the updates, he uses an Android and would not have an iphone. He was condescending and unhelpful. Anyone who has suffered through a cellular update knows that it will take an hour and I eventually left with the phone updating and still not fixed. I will not be back to that store as the manager refused to take responsibility for the mix-up and did not fix the phone. BTW, I’ve now updated the phone and, surprise, the problem persists. Duh. Don’t waste your time with that store.

(End of Jan 2015) — I give 5 stars here for a simple reason. Customer service. The manager who was at the store when I bought my daughters phone and upgraded mine, was exceptionally nice. I told him what we wanted in a phone and the price we could manage. He showed me the LGG3/Vigor phone. Perfect. Let’s get it-but it was not available in the store. He called the Culpepper store and they had 2. He said he’d go get them and call me when he got back. As soon as he left it started snowing. He called me 2 hours later telling me he has the phones. I drove in and not only did he have the phones… and drove in the snow to get them… but he sat there and downloaded everything we needed plus helped us establish our gmail accounts for the phones while I stood there. — He told me to look for a survey in my email when I got home and I did but I didn’t see one until like 3 days later, and when I went to fill it out, it said it was expired… so, sorry I couldn’t tell everyone how great you are on the survey but I got ya on Unilocal! — I’m coming in shortly to get another LGG3 /Vigor for my son. I do wish you had the phone cases on site to fit the LGG3 though. That would be extra special. (May 2015) … *** I walked in, spoke to Christopher about adding a phone. He had one in the store. He had two phone cases to fit my phones. He was quick, thorough and even put my phone in the case for me! VERY happy with this location. Don’t change a thing.
