Paul Henry’s Window Installation

I’ve never written a Unilocal review, but this company is so amazing that I had to! They installed all new windows in our house last summer, and when searching for a different vendor on Unilocal I was inspired to rave about this company.
The first impression, the salesman, was very different from the other estimates we had gotten. There was no pressure, he had knowledgeable recommendations on what would match our existing sliding doors, and the pricing was competitive — even more so because we had to custom order windows to get a color that would go with our house. (We have stained trim instead of painted; white Windows would look ridiculous in here.)
Paul himself came to take measurements and was very professional, knowledgable, and friendly. There was a longer wait than usual because of the custom order, but that was clearly communicated ahead of time so we knew what to expect.
When the installers came, they were professional and friendly, and clearly knew what they were doing. Our upstairs Windows required more work than expected to remove, and they had to be cut out with a sawzall. However, we were not charged any more and the installers had a great attitude about it. They were also patient with my 3-year-old’s bazillion questions and made sure to not let the cats out! The work was done quickly, they cleaned up after themselves, and the whole time they were just so pleasant to be around.
We always try to use small and/​or family businesses, and this company is an example of why – the personal touch and family feeling go a long way when you’re spending a good chunk of money on home repairs. You just will not find a better company to work with!

Wow. Just wow. Dealt with owner during the sellling process. He did not lose touch after the sale (even though his crews did the install). Small manufacturer’s defects dealt with quickly and efficiently. Installation team was great. An $ 8,000 project handled with professionalism and effectiveness. Would use them again and again and again (and we have lots more windows to go).

Hello All. Iam writing a review of Paul Henry’s Windows. My experience with Paul goes back a year and a half where my wife and I met him at the Fredericksburg Home Show in 2011. We were searching to replace our old windows in our Townhome in Springfield, VA. We spoke for 15 minutes at the show and set up a consultation for him to discuss his process and how his company works to fit our needs. He is very professional in his demeanor and treats the customer with respect and does not use subcontractors.
WE decided to go with Paul Henry’s Windows because we thought he was an honest guy and was true to his word. We ordered Andersen Wood Windows. Now we waited a few months before the product was installed and delivered. We did have some hiccups along the way. Thre supplier screwed up the order and refused to offer a discount becasue of their ordering mistake. Paul Henry’s Windows gave us a $ 650.00 discount out of their pockets because of the wait to have to new windows resent from the factory. The windows were installed in October, 2011.
Paul Henry’s Windows is a family oriented business and we had his brother and 3 others working on our job. They finished the windows in 2 days, but had to come back a few weeks later to install the sliding glass door for the deck. The installers were all professional, talkative, answered our questions and very professional. Paul Henry, The owner even gave me his cell phone number to contact him for any reason. Most companies will not share that and if they do, they never respond.
Paul and I have begun the process of seeing what his company can do for us for our upcoming deck project. I have recommended him to all of my neighbors. One already has windows installed by Paul Henry’s Windows and the other neighbor is getting ready for window installation in November.
I know how difficult it is today to find a good and trustowrothy contractor, but I know i can trust Paul Henry’s workmanship and professionalism. Plus he and his staff are extremely classy people.
I recommend you give the company a call if yo uhave a pending window, Deck, siding or roof project.
