This summer Dok Klaus Computer Care will be celebrating its 10^th year of business! After moving to Fauquier from Germany, Klaus quickly became known to family and friends as the computer doctor. He also knew his way around web design, programming and telecommunications. One thing led to another, and in 2002 WebKenner Inc. was born. But since Doc is what stuck with people, when the company moved to Ashby Street in Old Town Warrenton, its name changed to the more familiar Dok Klaus Computer Care. Klaus is dedicated to bringing German personality and quality craftsmanship to each problem he encounters. He cares about his client’s computer needs; no problem is too small. And where else can you take your computer for after hours or weekend emergency service?

History

Established in 2002.

Dok Klaus moved in 1999 from Germany to New Jersey working for Siemens. In 2001 he moved to Warrenton to get his family closer to his in-​laws Arthur and Martha Palmer. A year later he founded WebKenner Inc. together with his wife and father-​in-​law to help people with their computer and Website needs. Business kept on growing, so in 2004 Dok moved from his home office to an office on Ashby st in Old Town Warrenton.

Born in «good old Germany» in 1960, just before the Wall came up, Dok grew up in West-​Berlin. With his master in mathematics and computer Science he worked many years for Siemens before he moved to the US in 1999.
