Yogi Bear’s Jellystone Park

We love this park, this will be a annual trip. Clean park, great service and a fantastic water park. Life guards always on the watch and friendly. There’s always something to do. We can’t wait for next year!!!

We go to Yogis every Summer. It is such a great place. They have activities for everyone! Highlights. A lazy river, a wave pool, a water play area for younger kids. A large water slide. A HUGE Skate park, Fishing Hole, Swimming beach with Sandy bottom. A giant outdoor theater with Yogi cartoons, and a Feature Movie each night at dark. They have scheduled activities such as, Candy Bar Bingo, Scavenger Hunts, Ceramics, Basketball Games, etc… also a DJ Dance Party, usually every weekend. They also have Golf Cart Rentals. These make the vacation even more fun, toodling around, site seeing. They have Cabins, Tent Sites, Villas, Rv Sites. Fully Stocked Store. The Yogi Characters come around often, so don’t forget your camera :-) All around awesome place!

Jellystone is a lot of fun, there are tons of activities to keep busy throughout the day. There is always something to do. The water park is fun for a while but it did get kind of boring because of the limited things to do there, but the other activities definitely made up for it. We found that if we went to the water park in the morning and stayed until lunch, that was enough to get our water park fill for the day, and we were gone before it really started to get busy. I was really excited to find out that the mini golf was included in the price, I have never been to a campground where the mini golf didn’t cost extra. The movies under the stars were also a lot of fun, and the kids loved seeing Yogi, Boo Boo, and Cindy walking around the park. We are normally tent campers, but for an extra $ 5 a night we were able to rent a camping cabin, it was small but perfect for our family of 4. We were there in mid August to the air conditioning came in very handy, it also had a fridge and microwave, and I really loved having electricity for my espresso machine (yes I brought my espresso machine). If we go back, (I say if because there are lot of places that we want to visit that we haven’t been to before) we would definitely do the camping cabin again. All of the staff that we met were extremely friendly and helpful. The only gripe that I have is that when I bought firewood, they wouldn’t deliver it to our campsite for us. Carrying 2 bundles of firewood ¼ mile to our cabin was not an easy feat. But, this one gripe is not enough to take away a star, this is definitely a 5 star campground, and I recommend it to anyone with young kids.
