Our focus is on serious musicians that require the highest quality rooms with great acoustics and minimal bleed-​thru from other bands. We have many rooms that are rented on a monthly basis. Several different sizes and rates are available to suit your band. The building and all rooms are kept clean, operational, and respectable, day after day.

The Music Factory has become a great place to network with other bands, but still has the feeling of being private which we like to emphasize.
