A horrible experience. It took the girls serving 10 minutes to make each ice cream cone after waiting more than 30 minutes we finally gave up as did a number of other people.

This cute eye catching little spot was located right on the East Bay Bike Path; you can’t miss it! But if ice cream and fruity popsicles just aren’t your thing, there’s also a Del’s located just across the street, lining the same bike path. There was but the one young girl running things inside the shop, so the speed of service was understandably thusly limited. But despite the stress of getting folks their cool and refreshing treats, she kept up a good attitude and provided friendly service with a smile. A small came in a tiny styrofoam cup, but was loaded up with two scoops for $ 2. We also picked up a Roasted & Banana Cardemon pop for $ 2, which was arrived plastic bagged and tied with a flurry of colorful ribbons. While the ice cream was tasty(we had the strawberry cheesecake and the almond joy), our popsicle left something to be desired. We weren’t crazy about the cardemon. But another friend loved her Horchata Chai. A row of picnic tables was lined up under their overhang, which provided some protection against the elements, but there wasn’t really anywhere to formally lock up your bike.

Great value, great unique product, so convenient. They even have ice cream at a good price. Whether you are looking for an alternative to ice cream or enjoy great flavors in any cold form, all they have to do is pull a popsicle out of the freezer and you are good to go.

I know ice pops are to 2011 and 2012 what cupcakes were 4 years ago, but that doesn’t make eating a Fruity Cow paleta any less enjoyable. They have a great location right on the East Bay Bike Path between two busy streets that you’ll have to stop to cross anyway, so you may as well get comfortable at one of the picnic tables or Adirondack chairs the Cow’s owners have thoughtfully placed under grape covered arbors. I had a concoction of Habanero and lime that tasted like a freshly cold and spicy Margarita without the alcohol kick. Junior had watermelon and my wife had pineapple($ 2 each). They also have a wide assortment of smoothies and ice cream. The server at the window was sweet and helpful. The Fruity Cow is a really great business that produces high-quality products at excellent prices. Patronize them. Please let me know what you think of this review by clicking a button below. Thanks!

I LOVED The Fruity Cow!!! Now I consider myself to be a woman who knows a thing or two about her ice cream, but man-oh-man I had been missing out. The quaint shack across from Del’s in Warren(another RI favorite) draws attention to itself screaming ‘come taste my deliciousness…‘ and taste it I did! I have tried both their paleta(sp?) which is a frozen fruit Popsicle, and their vanilla milkshake, which will bring this lady back to their yard. The Pina Colata Pop which was healthy and refreshing. Not a frozen chunk of fruit, but it had bits of pineapple in it which were delicious! The shake was creamy, sweet, and pretty perfect. Game on, every other ice cream shop.

I love this place. whenever I am biking the East Bay Bike Path and it is warm… I stop for a delicious frozen treat… Affordable, fresh(even though the treats are frozen), made of real fruit… A winner !!

I’m deducting one star for lack of hard ice cream variety but it’s cute, extremely tasty and close by, which make it a definite part of many weekends. Hang out at one of the picnic tables or adirondack chairs for some quality bike path entertainment. It’s cash only and on the pricier side.

Dreaming of spring… dreaming of The Fruity Cow. Oh when will you reopen?! This ice cream shack is a-dor-a-ble, and the fresh smoothies and ice cream are simply the BEST. I had the most incredibly intense but genuine banana flavored ice cream of my life here. The standard flavors and the more creative ones are all amazing. The folks behind the window are friendly and eager to share little spoon tastings leading up to the big decision. I love to grab a bench in the sun and watch the East Bay bike path riders/joggers passing by, often they motivate me to take a walk post-cone around Warren or take a short drive down the road a bit to the Touisett Marsh Audubon Refuge. I’ll always choose Fruity Cow over the Del’s across the street — and I LOVE Del’s.

I like! I’ll be honest, the way they describe their fruit popsicles, I really thought I was going to get a frozen hunk of pineapple as my popsicle, but I guess frozen juice is OK too. It’s hard to choose when you have Del’s across the street, but you can always get your icecream on here, and head over for a frozen lemonade and hotdog afterwards.

They have homemade popsicles! They are fruity and refreshing. Banana fudgesicle!!! Their ice cream is nothing special, it is generic and not homemade. They close at 7 pm as well, kind of weird.

Located right on the East Bay Bike Path, Fruity Cow understands their customers. They make it easy to buy smoothies and ice cream with their customer take-out window right on the bike path. There is outdoor seating available. Prices are very reasonable. Selection is delicious.
