Established in 2011.

My name is Sandy Donahue and I have been planning and entertaining for the past 22 years, it was a natural transition to open Rustic Gatherings, an event planning company continuing to do what I am most passionate about, providing amazing service and memories to many. I look forward to walking with you on the journey of your special event!

Since I was 20 years old I have been planning & hosting unique, heart warming gatherings for family, friends and clients. Everything from Weddings to Birthday Parties, Company Parties and Reunions. Along this 20 year journey I have met a very talented group of friends and associates specializing in different aspects of completing the perfect Gathering. From photography, venue suggestions, music, floral design and personal chef catering, to name a few, we cover everything. Marketing your event, creating unique invitations, planning material & event material.

My home and my business is located in the White Mountains of New Hampshire. We are surrounded by picturesque lakes, wandering mountain trails, bustling rivers. Northern New Hampshire is full of old barns, country inns and rustic gathering locations.
