The food tasted old and dry the sweet and sour chicken didn’t have enough sauce over it just on the bottom, the rice was dry the egg roll had a foul fishy taste to it like, and the inside smell like dead pig had a rotten smell in the restaurant in customer service was very poor.

Our usual place seems to have closed down. I had the General Tsao chicken and it was very good. One little mishap, we ordered fortune cookies to go, but when we opened at home the next day, we actually received almond cookies.

I have ate from this restaurant for many years. I think the food is now kinda hit and miss at times and waitresses can be impatient and straight up bitchy on most visits… if you do not understand them, or if they do not understand you. I have never liked the fact the charge around $ 2 for a 12 Oz. Fountain Drink with No Refills when most will do this as a courtesy for customers. That is why I will only get carry out and not dine-in after rough service and nickel and dime on a tab. They have have good Almond Boneless Chicken that keeps me coming back.

I loved this restaurant and had been going here along with my whole family for more then 20 years. but today I ordered wonton soup, and a few other things and returned home to eat this delicious meal and opened my soup and guess what I found??? A dead bug floating in my soup… totally disgusting. was told by many people to call and complain and decided without a doubt Instead to never eat there again. Still nauseous from seeing this in my food. very disappointed!

Best Chinese restaurant in the area! The owners are friendly and they have a great staff. We go there ALL the time even though they are across town. I always get there sweet and sour what ever, but their shrimp is the best. They also will give you sweet and sour sauce in a bottle to take home. Bring back the bottle and they’ll refill it for you! The only downside is; they don’t work with Wok To You, which means they don’t deliver.

As if this just happened. I called to place my order and he said I was asking way to many questions and shut the phone in my face. I felt so disrespected especially the the fact of the matter was I choose that restaurant to spend my money that would potentially go to the bills to that stank place. Wowoowowowowow bye !

Just left Ruby’s. I absolutely love this place. My food is always hot even when I put in the order of the phone. The staff knows what my girlfriend I order as soon as we walk in. Orange Chicken is the best, flavorful, white meat chicken. Delish.

Large size portions and average-to– great flavor. Almond Chicken is a must –try as are their crab Rangoon.(Different from the overly sweet ones you get other places). Carry-out is very fast and they’ve got very low prices on specials. Have eaten here at least half a dozen times & I’m sure I will a dozen more.

I absolutely love this place! Rubys is by far the best chinese restaurant around! They have great sweet and sour chicken, but i would go somewhere else for crab ragoon. Ruby, the owner is an awesome, while the waitress are not so much anything but rude. Overall the food is great and cheap. Me and my boyfriend can share a meal and only end up paying $ 8 for the two of us! I highly recondmend this place!

I want to not like this place. I feel like the waitresses and people in charge are HARSH, but I think that’s just their way. It’s actually kind of funny. I’m not a Chinese food guy. I don’t care for most Chinese food. However, there are a few things I like. My wife loves Chinese food so I accompany her on occasion. Tonight was one of those. The wonton soup is good, not phenomenal… can it ever be phenomenal… no really, can it? The egg rolls taste homemade and they’re also good, not phenomenal. I had shrimp chow mein. It’s pretty dang wonderful. It’s tasty and fresh. Our service was great and polite as well. The portions are huge. There’s enough food to last us a couple more days at least. The prices were quite reasonable, especially considering the quantity of food you receive. The room itself is typical Chinese restaurant type setting. Nothing remarkable really. I think the food is definitely good and it’s worth going!!!

My wife and I ate there last night for dinner. Like most Chinese restaurants, when we walked in it was mostly empty. We got seated at a booth after a minute or two. The staff was friendly enough. Our soups, hot roll and tea came out fairly quickly. I ordered the Szechuan Chicken and my wife got the Cashew Chicken. Our meals came out hot and the portions were good sized. Though I specifically asked for my meal to be spicy it was not. A little disappointed with that. Also, as the other reviewer said, the Szechuan Chicken has a lot of veggies and less chicken. I tried my wife’s dish and it seemed a bit bland too. All in all, we both though our meals were okay but not great. Next time I will most likely go to Ping On which my wife likes or House of Chan which I like.

The service here today was just mediocre, we had to ask for things more than once and the waitress seemed to have a bit of an attitude. The food on the other hand was pretty good. We had the almond boneless chicken, the chicken and broccoli and won ton soup. All in all this visit was just ok, we will most likely return.

Other than when we called in our order, they changed my husbands name, the food was abundant, yummy and hot! They even packaged it up for him to minimize the traveling terrors during a snow storm! Very nice and great food for the prices.

Worst food ever. Ordered the pepper steak only about 5 pieces of steak about 20 – 30 peppers & onions. Got a diet pop glasses are so small. They charged us for 4 refills when we only had 2. Waitress was very rude. This place sucks.

Not terrible and not great. Fast service. The fried rice didn’t have any flavor. The egg roll had mushrooms.(Just stating a fact.) My «spicy» schezuan chicken was mild at best with a very sweet taste to it. There was barely any chicken. Mostly julianned onion, carrots and bell peppers. It was a brown sauce. I wouldn’t eat here again. Not worth the price paid.

I’ve been eating here for years. The staff is friendly, the food is always consistently great, and the prices are good. I usually try new items each time and I’m happy to say I’ve been happy each time.

Didn’t know this place existed, and now I know why. When I read the reviews on here I thought how bad can Hot & Sour Soup be? I quite honestly didn’t believe Brian W’s review about it being so awful. I sort of consider myself a connoisseur of Hot & Sour Soup since I order it everywhere I go. Well, Brian W — you were right. It was like drinking dirty dish water. DISGUSTING. One bite and I threw it away. The rest of our meal(fried rice, egg rolls, almond chicken, Schezwan beef) was just so-so. I don’t think I’d waste my time going here again when there are much better places not far away.
