Business Owner

Dr. Fraze started his predental studies at Tufts University before attending the University of Maryland, Baltimore College of Dental Surgery. Upon graduation he was accepted as an intern at the US Public Health Service Hospital, Staten Island, NY.

The postgraduate residency training was in General Dentistry, Oral Surgery and the various medical specialties within the hospital. He became the Chief Dental Officer at the US Merchant Marine Academy, Kings Point, NY.

Dr. Fraze brings a degree of dedication and experience to you. He is currently a Clinical Associate Professor in the Department of Restorative Dentistry at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of NJ. He has been an instructor in crown and bridge, full and partial dentures, principles of occlusion, and dental anatomy, teaching dental students throughout all four years of their education.

His office is centrally located in Warren, NJ at 67 Mountain Blvd. Ext. on the ground floor, Suite 104. Safe parking
