Pediatric Dental Center

Overall, I was very satisfied with this office and it being my son’s first dentist visit. The staff was very professional and they truly cared about the service my family was receiving. We waited about 15 minutes to be seen which is not too bad. Their policy is that no parents are allowed back during the dentist visit which I had no problem with, but I overheard two other women who were very disappointed with this «rule». I don’t blame the office for setting this rule as it allows children to focus their attention towards the task at hand. The waiting room is very small and there are no activities for children which I found to be the one negative quality of this place. How can a place be aimed for kids, but there is absolutely nothing to accommodate them while waiting?
