Lucy does a fabulous job! I recently bought these Express pants that were a size too big. I took them to Lucy to size them and she did an awesome job. They now fit like a glove!

My husband recently lost a lot a weight and takes an odd size in pants. It is impossible to find this size in stores, so we needed to have quite a few pairs hemmed. We went by Lucy’s as she always seems to have customers, which to me is a sign that she knows what she is doing. She had him try on a few pairs, marked them and a week later we picked up seven pairs of pants, perfectly hemmed for $ 7 each. We’ll be back!

I went to Lucy’s for the first time just last week. I brought in a peplum jacket that was far too flared at the waist for my liking, a cotton long sleeved shirt and a silk skirt with lining that I needed shortened. It was a big risk to trust at an unknown tailor but it paid off. Lucy understood exactly what I wanted her to do and proceeded to get it all done and done very well in 3 days. The peplum jacket was a stretchy high end piece that I knew had potential, but it was just too peplum-​y, after Lucy was done with it I couldn’t believe how much I liked it. After going to the world’s worst tailor and paying through the nose for it, my garments at Lucy’s cost me under $ 30 and came out spectacularly. I hope other people visit Lucy for their tailoring needs, because she gets it and can clearly do anything.
