Lakeview Mechanical

Lakeview came out to my elderly moms house due to two separate issues 1^st. she had a clogged drain and the first company {wont say who} said it was broke? got a second opion from a skilled plumber from lakeview mechanical, and low and behold it wasn’t broke,{and to think I was going to shell out 4000 gs plus} thank you for your honesty. saved me, second opions are a good idea and calling you was the right call. 2^nd was a quick ac charge, thanks again and I recommend to anyone thanks.

My mother had a flood in her basement and ruined her flooring and most of her items the guys over at lakeview came and handled it immediately. Josh and codie came and packed all the contents scraped all the floors up painted her basement walls put all brand new flooring down and cleaned and unpacked all her contents right back the way she had it. My mother and I would recommend them to anyone they are a great company with even better customer service

I hired this company to fix my furnace/​AC. However, my furnace/​AC stopped working a few minutes after the repair had been made, I called the tech back inside (he was still in my driveway). He said that he was at a loss as to how to fix the issue and that I would have to wait until the following week to have the issue resolved. I told him I wanted my money back and went back upstairs while he rebolted the panels onto the furnace. He gave me back my credit card slip, said he tried his best to fix the problem and left. When I called the company to let them know what happened, the owner or manager, said since I was obviously unhappy with their services I should call another company. New company comes out, takes the panel off the furnace and immediately calls me downstairs. The board that was replaced by the tech had been ripped out and only the wires were left hanging. The new company wouldn’t repair the furnace because of this and said it looked like the damage had been done maliciously. When I called the company to complain, I was hung up on.

This company is a total rip-​off! My elderly Mother called them when her air went out.
He came out and went into the backyard to check the air conditioner, He came back in shortly & informed her that the unit was to old and couldn’t fixed. He told her it need to be replaced, sat down & wrote 2 estimates. One for $ 2000+, the other for $ 3000+. Luckily my Mom got one of my brothers on the phone to talk to him, after that conversation my Mom and brother decided to wait. Then my mom got one of my other brothers on the phone and told him the situation, he was able to send his handy man over to take a look at it. He came out and looked at it, it took him 10 –15 minutes to find the problem! It was a $ 10 part…
So obviously my brother wasn’t happy, he called Lakeview back & explained the situation.
Lakeview’s lame response was that with a unit that age you can fix them and you never know when the will break down again. Really? Isn’t that a decision for the homeowner to make.
So call them at your own risk, they are liars & cheats!!!

The technicians at Lakeview are great. However, the customer service is horrible. I tried for a week to schedule an appointment for a plumber and got the run-​around every time I called. I ended up calling another company and had the work done the same day! I will not call Lakeview again.

Called Lakeview to check for a leak in my wall, tech came out right away and called before showing up. They did not reschedule and were here when they said. Tech told me what needed to be done and even replaced my sink with the one I provided. Very expierinced and cuctomer service was great, low prices best deal. I will definitely call them again when needed. I also will recommend them to family and friends. I also have 1000 Facebook friends they will also be informed of Lakeview.
