Knowlton is the worst! They were responsible for gouging all 5 of our wooden dining room chairs and when I spoke with the owner about it he was a jerk and denied all responsibility. Additionally a couple other items arrived broken. They then threatened to sue us when we withheld our payment until we determined the cost of the damage. The people I have interacted with there (not including the actual movers) were all unpleasant and aggressive. I will never work with them again. I would give zero stars if I could. We ended up just paying them in order to not have to interact with them further.
