This place is terrible, save yourself the time and trouble.
Unprofessional, poor service, poor quality, excuses, missed deadlines, broken promises.
It’s almost a joke a place like this is actually a business in America.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR PHONE HERE FOR REPAIR. I purchased a Groupon on July 9 for iPhone 5 screen replacement. I called the store to make an appointment and they said, NOPE, we aren’t honoring Groupons purchased after July 10. I said great because I bought it on the 9^th. Reluctantly (and their demeanor should have told me to run away), I made an appointment for July 22. I had to have a friend take the phone because of a family issue. She gets there, and they say, NOPE, no appointment made, and we can’t take it until August 11. My friend called me from the location, and I went ballistic– told them how unprofessional this was, how it was unacceptable, that they needed to take and fix my phone because that’s what they promised. They refused. Fast forward to today, August 11, and my husband tries to call all day to confirm the appointment, no answer. He takes the phone in for our second scheduled appointment with our two little kids in tow. NOPE. Guy there says we aren’t honoring new Groupons, pulls up the
site on the computer and says, «See, it’s no longer available». My husband says that’s great, but we purchased in July 9 and this is the second appointment we’ve made. The guy says, «Uhhh, Groupon should’ve canceled your order.» And my husband says that makes no sense, and if that was the case, still why weren’t we called to say the appointment was off? He had no reasonable answer. Then the «manager» came out and said they ran out of screens (?) and Groupon should’ve told us. Don’t go here. This place is shady as heck, two kids running the place who don’t know what they’re doing behind some cruddy table with a rusty metal folding chair. Worst experience ever, and they obviously couldn’t care less about customer service.
