I’ve used All Around Limos on three occasions, and I’ve had wonderful service each time. Phil is a dear and great to work with. Plus, the vehicle is always spotless. I will certainly be calling them for my next event and have already recommended them to my family and friends.

I do not recommend this company, or perhaps just the driver Phil. My friend’s dad was kind enough to get us a party bus for our senior prom. From the start of the bus ride to the end was very uncomfortable in many ways than one. I think if someone is going to be in that type of business dealing with teens or anyone trying to have a good night for their event, he/​she should be able to appropriately communicate with the people who have paid all that money to use the bus service. Phil was rude from the moment we got on by kicking a mom off of the bus for taking pictures of us before we go to prom, yelling at us to turn the music down, and also not taking us where we wanted to go. We pay the money by the hour not by the distance or mileage. I would not recommend Phil.

This is a long review, but worth reading before you even think about hiring this piece of @#%&! I should have read the reviews before making the huge mistake hiring this company.
I hired All Around Limo for my daughter’s prom night after meeting with Phil (the owner). He seemed really nice and the limo bus was in almost new condition, but on the night of the prom… Phil’s real character came out.
Phil started the night by yelling at one of the parents to get off the bus because she was trying to take a picture of our kids before they left. He was just outright rude to this mother! Then about 45 minutes after he left with my daughter and her 13 senior friends, my daughter sent me a text to tell me that Phil was being really rude to them, that he shut the radio off because he said it was «too loud» and that he refused to drive them to CVS or anywhere else but directly to the prom. I called my daughter and she said that she and her friends were scared of Phil because he was so rude and yelling at them. She also told me that, when one of the kids attempted to reason with Phil about the volume of the music, Phil invited this kid to the front of the limo and became confrontational with this kid. Can you imagine being treated this way or feeling this way on your prom night? It broke my heart.
I couldn’t believe this so I called Phil myself to hear it from him. Sure enough, Phil told me that he would not drive them anywhere but directly to the prom because driving them around would be a «liability» and that he told them that the radio was too loud and he shut it off. I told Phil that they were entitled to be driven around before the prom so that they could enjoy the limo ride… that was the point of hiring a limo bus. He proceeded to argue with me that he did not know that he would have to «drive around» for a little while before the prom and that he never just «drives around». I told him that I have hired many limousine companies and I have never dealt with a driver refusing to drive me anywhere. I demanded that he drove them where ever they wanted to go and to turn their radio back on. After several tense minutes of arguing with him, Phil very reluctantly and very defiantly agreed.
Then about 10 minutes later he sent me a text to say that he would drive them anywhere. However, by this time the kids were so scared and upset that they got off the bus and went in to the prom early against their plans and wishes. I just could not believe that this despicable rude human being was ruining these kids special night for no reason at all. We trusted Phil and All Around Limousine to provide a service that would ensure that my daughter and her friends would have a memorable evening and instead he ruined their night. This is a night that they do not get to make over, they can’t recreate their memories.
I spoke with Phil when he dropped the kids off at my house and he had no reasonable explanation for his behavior other than to say that driving people around is a «liability». No Phil, hiring you and your company is the real liability. You should be ashamed of yourself for ruining a special night for 14 high school seniors. You are a poor excuse for a human being… a real piece of @#$%!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!
My husband had booked a party bus for a night out with friends. I have been on multiple party buses in my life and have always had a wonderful time, until this time. DO NOT EVER use this company if you want to have a good time. None of my friends were out of control, just trying to have a good time, but every little thing we did on the bus (besides sitting down nicely) we got yelled at. The bus driver would turn off the music at every little thing we did and yell at us. For example, a friend stood up to get a beer from the cooler and the bus driver turned the music off and yelled at him. He then proceeded to pull the bus over and get out and begin to yell at us more. I have been on party busses that have been wild and crazy and have never once heard a bus driver complain. This driver was upset because my friend accidentally spilled beer on the floor… it was definitely NOT a fun time! Like I said DO NOT use this company if you want to have a good time!

I am writing to tell you from a calm, understanding state that you do not want to book this company. Let me begin with the bus was brand new, in great shape, and they were right on time. Now let you tell you my experience… It was my wife’s birthday so we had twelve educated and maturea adults come to my house in Sterling Heights, where we would get on the bus and they would drive us to Royal Oak and back.
Our bus driver’s name was Phil and he seemed like a stand up guy when we first met. After my party entered the bus, Phil put our cooler on the bus right by the door and told us two rules. 1. No smoking & 2. No standing on the seats. As we started driving we grabbed some beers out of the cooler, turned the radio on and starting to get party going. My wife grabbed the rails on the ceiling of the bus as she was dancing and instantly Phil turned off the radio and rudely yelled no hanging from the rails. I being in charge of the party I said yes sir it won’t happen again. At that point the entire party looked around and chatted about how he could have just turned the radio down and asked us, he would have received the same yes sir without losing the respect of the party. About five minutes later the radio turned back on because Phil explains when he turns it off it has to reset. We arrive at the bar twenty minutes later.
At 0130 in the morning my entire party returned to the bus for the twenty five minute ride back home. Everyone was tired at this point and just sitting around, listening to the music and sipping on the last of the beers. I was sitting on the cooler in the front of the bus by the door where Phil had placed it. One of the guys in the party asked for a beer, so I stood up off the cooler to grab a couple out. At that point Phil turns off the radio and yelled back for me to get away from the door. I explained to him «I am grabbing beers out of the cooler and I will when I have finished that task.» Again we sit for about five minutes for the radio to reset. A couple minutes later another guy in my party goes to shotgun a beer and it spills on him. Again, Phil turns off the radio and yells at us to stop spilling beer in his bus… Now I do not know about you, but shouldn’t you expect a little beer to be spilled on a «Party bus»? Again we explained we didn’t mean for it to spill on the bus but the floors are hard and the seats are leather and it can be wiped away. I even went on to tell him «If to much is spilled we will wipe it off.» Phil stayed confrontational so another guy on the bus told him «sir, you are ruining my sisters birthday, now stop acting like a d**k.» At that point Phil stopped the bus, got out of the drivers seat to come around to the door. The entire party thought Phil wanted to fight someone because why else get out and start yelling. I, being in charge of the party got off the bus and asked him what the issue in. He said he thought his life was threatened!!! I was not aware that by sitting there and telling a guy to stop acting in a way was a threat to his life?! Once Phil and I talked outside the bus in an area we didn’t know, in a place were he put our lives in danger he finally started back pedaling and apologizing.
We got back to my house with a group of very upset adults and what seemed like a failed birthday party because of the way Phil ruined what should have been the highlight of the night. At my house, again Phil gave empty apologies and explained how he was wrong in the situation.
My review is I would never recommend this company to anybody and would advise them to get drivers who are fun and are able to communicate with their customers. After calling the company Monday morning and speaking with Phil again he explained how great and respectful the people of my party actually were and how he was wrong… ruining my wife’s party and wasting the time of all of our friends who came from all over the state is inexcusable.

I hired Phil for my wedding in October and he was better than perfect. Not only did he stick to his word about pricing which was way lower than any place around but he also was at my house early to pick us up just like he said he would. I highly recommend Phil and his company, he is very professional and courteous, the best thing is that he doesn’t add to the stress of a wedding day because he was very prompt and did what he said he would do.
