I just had my Chihuahua’s teeth cleaned for less than a THIRD of what was quoted by my last vet. The experience was great too-​I hardly waited at all to drop her off and the joint is clean, festive, and bright. Most importantly, though-​the staff was efficient, friendly, and CARING. The woman who took her back was so kind, it instantly quelled my «nervous mama» feelings when it came time to leave her. These folks also do a ton of other good works for the benefit of animals and I admire them greatly.
They were thorough with instructions and advisements and did an excellent job with the cleaning, too. I am extremely impressed and will be back again and again!

Took my flying bison (white Maltese) Appa, here yesterday. The staff was pleasant and made sure to pronounce Appa’s name correctly – one girl even recognized that her name came from the show Avatar: The Last Airbender, so we shared geek moment! The wait was approximately 10 minutes. Dogs had to be on a very short leash – which is understandable for health and safety reasons, but still sad because I still haven’t found a nearby dog park for Appa to run and sniff butts for free. We were put into a room and this room was covered in black dog hair, which will probably which will be a huge turn-​off for any level of germaphobe. But if you sit in a chair, and imagine all good things, all will be well! The doc came in, administered the rabies shot — a quick, one two, and we were on our way out! I really like this place because they don’t try and pressure you into unnecessary things that you didn’t come into the office for. In New York, you’d come in for a $ 20 dollar vaccination, and come out with a 600 dollar x-​ray set because the doc thinks your dog has a weird cough, heartworm tests, a dental appointment (for slight yellowing teeth), and unnecessary boosters (even if you insisted your dog had them six months ago). You don’t have to worry about that here – they’re a pleasant rescue here!

This place is exceptional. Great professional care and very affordable. Had TWO cats spayed, shots, dewormer and microchipped for a third of the price for ONE cat at my local vet!

This place is the place to go for affordable vaccinations. My husband and I have struggled with money some over the last few years and this place really makes it easy to keep up to date on all vaccinations and medications at a very reasonable cost. It is easy to walk out everything you need for the year shots and medication for around $ 100 where at some other vets you could be looking at 3 times the cost of here. The wait can be on the long side and it is not the nicest waiting room ever but it is clean and I am so thankful they are here to make it easier and affordable to take care of your pets. We also got our older dog’s teeth cleaned for only $ 100 and it really helped us be able to afford getting her this care. This is the absolute place to go if you are taking care of an animal on a budget.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this place. The staff is friendly, the waiting area is clean and the prices are right !!! If you need to get you pet spayed or neutered or get a heart worm test or heart worm medicine, this is your place !!! I got my Pomeranian spayed and chipped for $ 100.00 !!! I recommend this place to all my friends and I highly recommend it to you !!!

I took my pups in this morning for their Shots and Heartworm Checks. The staff was very kind and were wonderful with my dogs. I will definitely recommend them to other pet owners.

Completely unprofessional I picked up my cat soaked in piss and my new carrier this is how they treat an animal that just had surgery. Never use them again! They dont care about your pet spend the extra money and go somewhere where your pet wont get mistreated.

A vet recommended All About Animals to me when my cat needed surgery and I couldn’t afford it. They got her in that same day even though they were very busy. They explained everything to me without me having to ask. Every single person I had contact with was friendly, knowledgeable and obviously committed to their jobs. They treated my cat very gently and kindly.
They called me not long after I left to let me know things were worse for my cat than anticipated and that I had a difficult decision to make. They gave me the time I needed in spite of how busy they were to make my decision. They were sympathetic without being smarmy. I wish I could remember the name of the surgical assistant I dealt with — could be Leon. He was great, and I’m sure that he’s not getting paid anywhere near enough.
They are not a full-​service veterinary office, but I would recommend AAA to anyone needing basic services for their pets, and I highly encourage anyone who has the means to send All About Animals a donation. Also, when you take your pet in, there a box on the form you need to fill out that you can check if you’d like to add $ 1.00 to your bill to help pay for others who can’t afford to care for their pets. I love this place and their mission goal. they’re really making a difference with the stay population. They have always taken good care of my fur baby. I get all his vaccinations here and he was neutered here.
I was nervous about the neutering process since I was a first time fur parent. The staff took the time to walk me through the facility and tell me about the process putting me at ease. Thet even let me bring a blanket from home that he could have in his crate while recovering.
They’re affordable, knowledgeable and very friendly. I don’t trust many people why my dog, but I trust them and recommend them to all my friends and family. If you live in certain zip codes they offer you lots of discounts for vaccines and neuters so be sure to check their website!

This place is great I spent more than a year searching high and low for a reputable place to take my chihuahua to get her teeth cleaned at a decent price. A few people on Unilocal recommended All About Animals to me so I decided to take her here. When I first arrived the entire process was a little overwhelming due to the size of the place and the amount of people checking in but everyone I dealt with here was extremely professional & very friendly. My dog had her teeth cleaned, she had numerous shots, & a heartworm test plus six months worth of heartworm preventative all for less than what our regular vet wanted to charge just for her teeth. This place is more than a half hour from my house so I don’t think I’ll be bringing my dog here for run of the mill routine stuff but anytime she needs her teeth cleaned or numerous things taken care of at once I will definitely be back here. When I arrived to pick my dog up, due to the fact that she’s not very friendly I had to go in back to get her out of the cage and the place was very clean, all the dogs seemed very well cared for & I would highly recommend this place to anybody.

You get what you pay for
Since the Warren office moved to 9 mile & Mound everything has gone downhill, they have lost & misplaced my dogs records, then they want to double the shots because they don’t know what shots they have given them already. The people there are rude, the place is dirty and the wait time is unbelievable especially since it is just shots they give (spay/​neutering is separate). For the wait time (over 2 hrs) and the hassle I will pay the extra $ 50.00 to take my dogs to a real Vet.

I needed to get vac records for a new apt and the price, $ 30, was a great deal. My dog is a therapy dog so I have issue with him not being with me so when the assistant said she needed to take him to another room I said that he was my therapy dog and felt more comfortable being with him. Right away the attitude started. She gave me a dirty look and then whispered to someone in the next room and gave me the look again and said ok. After doing the blood draw the vet comes in, and is colder than a penguin on an ice burg. No, hi how are you, nothing. Just coldness. Then after doing his shots she looks me dead in the eye and says my dog is fat. Mind you, this vet could stand to loose 15 – 20 lbs herself. The only good thing I can say is the price was right. Otherwise find yourself a more compassionate vet office.

I brought my 9 month old female kitten here to get spayed. I was very nervous because I have read horror stories about low cost spay/​neuter programs, but that was not the case here. This isn’t a simple trap/​fix/​release program – it is much more of a low cost vet, and it sounds silly but they truly are all about animals.
I brought my kitten in a carrier at 8am. I could have gotten there earlier to be farther up in line, but I only waited for about twenty minutes. You leave your cat against the wall in the carrier, and if you have a dog, you leave it in the car until they call your name.
You check in and pay, 40 bucks for spay/​neuter for a cat. They also have various vaccine packages for 15 dollars. Then you label your carrier and head out the door. You pick up your cat the next day at 7:15 am.
This is what worried me. I did’t like the idea of leaving my cat over night, because they probably didn’t have anyone there over night to watch her. However, it really is best for the cat because they stay confined the first 24 hours so they dont rip out their stitches or anything and it helps with the healing as well. The cost included post op pain medication that lasts for 24 hours (along with pre surgery medicine and also general anesthesia for sugery), ensuring the cat is comfortable.
I picked her up the next morning and everything went smoothly. The people there are all so kind.
I also like that they encourage people to take tours of the facility – that shows they have nothing to hide. They follow specific standards for spaying/​neutering– «„The Association of Shelter Veterinarians veterinary medical care guidelines for spay-​neuter programs“ which is nationally recognized and endorsed by the ASPCA.»
Also, when they spay, they remove both the ovaries and the uterus. many low cost places only remove the ovaries.
Her incision was very small and she is healing quickly.
Absolutely five stars.

Clinton Township and Mount Clemens residents can get feral cats fixed for free here under special grant funding.
My neighbor and I took one of the feral neighborhood cats in this morning for spay/​neuter. I didn’t count all the dogs that were there (maybe 5 or 6), but I saw 12 cats in pet transports and 5 feral cats, in addition to the 1 we took in.
Drop off between 8 and 10am, cats are picked up the next morning at 7:15am.
The facility was bright and clean, without the smells I have encountered in other facilities around the county. It was well-​staffed and the wait for drop-​off wasn’t long at all.
I understand they have a couple mobile spay/​neuter labs available, with the rotating schedule posted on their calendar.
They also rent or loan out live traps here.
Their website is very informative about how to trap cats, with videos and plans for making traps for the do-​it-​yourselfer. The Trap Neuter Return (TNR) program is explained, and they even have a tab on the website for the Spay Michigan campaign, showing where to spay in each county.
Of course, as a non-​profit, they can always use donations to help defray the costs associated with running a humane operation such as this.

They are so wonderful, and my special needs kitten is there now with my grown cat and they we’re so ready to handle my very needy little girl. I am so happy with them.
Wonderful staff doing a great community service. Yay!

Had my 10 month old dog to get spayed and it was $ 80 no tax drop off was at 8 and pick up was 5pm. The vets were great with her and they even trimmed her nails!

I have been to the Warren facility, but mainly go to the Auburn Hills site since I usually need Saturdays to bring my animals in. I can say the same for both places, clean, friendly, efficient, helpful and very good at what they do.
My dogs hate their nails trimmed, the dogs fight/​squirm and scream! All About Animals can get their nails trimmed with minimal fussing.
One of my dogs HATES shots, they give him his shots. It takes a while and sometimes its not pretty, but they are patient and gentle (but a good strong hold is sometimes needed).
They never roll their eyes at me, or make me feel uncomfortable for having a sissy dog. They understand that some dogs come from situations that may make a dog fearful of certain things. They just seem happy that you’re taking the time to take care of your pet.

I was very pleased with this facility — I’ve actually been looking for a place to get my little pup (which is actually 3yrs old) spay’d. The only thing I probably would change is to have more people at the phone; I had to call back several times which is a little discouraging but I keep right at it (I had to try about 3 times)

This place was really out of my way, but they were one of VERY few places that would look at feral kittens that my partner and I recently caught in the backyard (with the condition that we socialize them first, enough so that they could be handled and attended to). Most places just say they won’t work with ferals.
We brought the kittens in to get some shots and tests. Everything went very smoothly. The vets were super friendly, very informative. Entertained a gagillion questions that we kept lobbing at them. And even kept their cool, patience, and sense of humor while one of our two ferals, having sprung out of the cage, eluded our grasp by bouncing between walls and scuttling across the floor at lightning speed, for a good 5 minutes. Thanks doc!
Based on a lot of internet and phone research, their prices are about average, maybe a TAD below average. None of the discount or volunteer services would work with ferals. The humane society offers SUPER low-​cost services for low-​income households, but the ways they accept PROOF of low-​income households is rather restrictive, and so we didn’t qualify when I thought we should have. As a backup, All About Animals was as good as we could get, price-​wise.
We were only there for some very basic, routine matters, but despite that and because they worked with (just barely) socialized feral kittens, I’ll give them a 5-​star rec.
