Warner Robins Xpress Lube & Wash

I love this place. I took my new car of three months which is black in color here very upset that I had gotten hard water spots on my hood from a sprinkler system or well water from somewhere? and the owner and guys actually hand cleaned with chemical and waxed the hood of my car at no extra charge over what the wash itself had cost me. They really helped me removing the spots and gave me peace of mind and advice on how to avoid it happening again. Big Thanks to the staff here! I will definitely give them my future business.

WARNING!!! Do not take your car here if you care at all about your vehicle. Take it to any other car wash and I promise you’ll get better results. I have a brand new car that is less than one month old. I took it to Warner Robins Express Lube and Wash (it has a big Havoline sign out front) to get detailed and it came out completely covered in scratches. When I brought it to the managers/​owners attention after I witnessed the employee scratch the car with his dirty rag he denied it and told me I can not prove what they just did. Do not take your car here if you do not want it scratched. Worst car wash and terrible customer service. The owner Chad Simerly will take your money, ruin your car and then when given the chance to fix his wrong doing all he can say it cant be proven his company damaged the car.

I’ve come to this place for years to get car washes and had my actual first oil change here today. The staff was really helpful and they were able to service my import vehicle for a very reasonable price. I had gotten a few word of mouth recommendations to use them for my vehicle’s oil change due to not having a dealer local to do it. Pretty satisfied and was in and out within 25 min.
And that price also included a complimentary car wash.
