The service is pretty bad. I’m not expecting Nordstrom, but hello, happy holiday, thanks for the biz, anything is better than how can I help you… thanks bye. In the meantime, there were three people working there and all were in the back as a massive line formed.

Average customer service – sometimes they are friendly, sometimes not. If there is a line, you should prep to wait a a bit of a wait, as it can be pretty slow.
They do have PO Boxes there and a USPS drop box. You can also buy stamps there. It is generally clean. Be wary of peak times for parking and the customer rush.
