Professional and courteous! They had outstanding customer service and Dr. Kannan was exceptional! They found a serious condition and were able to coordinate treatment with other specialists ASAP. I def recommend coming here! Can’t imagine going anywhere else!

Won’t go here again. The doctor was nice but the staff, no way. Came in with a broke pair of glasses I had purchased here. I broke them and did not expect special treatment but needed a new pair pronto. I was told they could have them by Friday. Friday came and went and by Tuesday I called and asked. I was rudely told no they had not gotten them in yet and I did not need to call because they would call me. Two more days and I decided call again and risk being told to go away. This time I get told yes they’ve had then for a while now. Going without glasses was really a pain. Being told they would come in faster than they did was no real surprise. Rudeness when I called was uncalled for. Then not calling when they came in when I had stressed how important getting in was. If the doctor can not find a better staff than this then I am sorry because they will not get anymore business from me.
