Founded in May of 1975, Sheridan Solomon Kernaghan Realtors, prides itself on being Middle Georgia’s #1 Residential Realtor. In November of 1997, SSK took another step to assure its dominance of residential home sales by becoming affiliated with the nationally known Coldwell Banker Real Estate Corporation. CBSSK decided to open an office in Houston County, thus making the move to the city of Warner Robins in August 1996. Hard work, professionalism and a desire to provide the best possible service and sales force, the Warner Robins office quickly became known in the community as an up-​and-​coming leader in residential real estate, and has now moved into the number ONE position.

Carl is the Qualifying Broker for Coldwell Banker SSK, and Manages both Warner Robins and Cochran Offices. Before becoming a Broker, Carl sold real estate in the local area for a number of years. With his expertise in the field of real estate, Carl leads the Warner Robins Office to remain the #1 Selling Office in the area.
