K&C Insulation

First, let me start by saying no frills with this company. Keith came out to my house and gave me a quote for spray foam insulation on the spot after measuring. The other companies I got estimates from took a day or longer to give me an estimate? but he beat them by at least $ 400.
After a little research I decided to up the thickness of the spray foam and he came back out and gave me another estimate. Scheduled the work within a week and was on time early with the prep work. Let me tell you, this stuff is unbelievably messy. Prep and cover work is essential and they covered everything. He covered all the headers and footers and even made sure to spray around corners on my porch. I mentioned I was going to fiberglass batt the ceiling/​floor in between levels and he beat the big box store on price. He even batted my entire first floor ceiling for me ! saving me a ton of time, allowing the drywall guys to start early.
I only did my outside walls but love this stuff. Its expensive, but absolutely worth the investment, especially with K & C. In the spring I’m going to have the ceiling on my addition done, and in the future eventually my entire second floor ceiling/​attic. I’ll be going with K & C for it all. It’s a family run company that knows what they’re doing and it shows.
