Really good pizza sauce. The balance between sauce and cheese is a science not many places master. This place gets it right.

I have visited this restaurant since 1987 and made the decision after this evening that I will never spend another penny in it. About 6 months ago we had horrible service in the bar and spoke with the owners daughter. Since that time period the person behind the bar is no longer an employee. This evening we sat in the bar and the service was acceptable but when we went to pay we were told they would not accept a Verizon Debit card with a face value of $ 400.00. I called the restaurant after we left and spoke with the front desk manager who stated they do not accept these cards. They were concerned that the amount of the check plus 20% TIP would not cover the amount available would not cover the amount of the bill. They would not even run the card for the face value. There was $ 100.00 on the card to cover the bill which was under $ 50.00. We left a 25% tip in cash for the waitress and paid the check with another credit card. I will be glad to use the balance in another restaurant who will gladly accept the balance on the card. The original $ 300.00 on the card was spent last week in a restaurant by the name of Ferraro’s in Las Vegas who consistently is rated as one of the finest Italian restaurants in the USA. They were glad to accept the debit card as payment. This location has a true poor customer service attitude. You experience a vast improvement when you visit the owners brothers location in his Richboro restaurant. Much better service and quality of food. I am sure that I am not the only client who will never return to this location.

Absolutely horrible service! My friend and I decided to have dinner at 7 pm on a Tuesday thinking it wouldn’t be busy. When we walked in there was a sign that said«seat yourself» in the dining room. The problem was there was no where to sit even though only one table was occupied. Every table still had dirty dishes on it. After standing in the entrance for 5 minutes a miserable old lady cleared a table and yelled«there» at us. We sat at the table and the same miserable lady walked by and threw the menus on the table without saying a word. When I say«threw» I mean literally threw them. My friend and decided that was enough for us. We left and will never be back. I’ve worked in the restaurant business for over 15 years. I’ve been busy. I’ve been in the weeds. What I’ve never done is treat a customer like this. So again I say absolutely horrible service!

Was here for a lunch meeting in one of their banquet halls. Granted this was very informal and a small group, but the room had a few trolleys of dishes and other restaurant supplies in there during the meeting. The overall décor of the room itself was drab so I would not use it for any really special occasion. The service was great, our waitress was supper attentive. I ordered the turkey burger, and while the meat was decently prepared the overall sandwich was dry as it was between super thick slices of bread. They also just chopped of a chunk of lettuce head to add and maybe had a good half of a red onion on the inside. Not a very good meal.

First of all I’d like to give the owners and management a bit of information that the customers are not receiving. when I call this restaurant I have a young person answer«Giuseppe’s pizza please hold and then when they get on the phone they say can I help you. If this was my restaurant, everyone would say thank you for calling Giuseppe’s please hold or can I please take your order. I understand that these youngsters behind the counter are partially at fault because youngsters of today don’t understand manners. The owners should certainly take notice to this, I and others DO! While waiting for my pizza at some instances, there’s a lot of conversation between the employees which of been stated in past reviews. I wait for my pizza I receive my pizza, The only thing the employees ask, do you want to copy of your receipt. No thank you, no thanks for coming in, nothing! Now, for the pizza. I can appreciate the amount of cheese that they put on, I like cheese. But I do have an issue as others have commented about the sauce. It appears that they’re taking a gallon of tomato sauce and mixing it with a gallon of water. There are absolutely no tomatoes visible, it’s almost like ketchup when you take a bite, The cheese and the hot topping slide off into your lap. Once you get it all in your mouth it’s not really bad, just the sauce is weak. One thing I know for sure, that most italian cooks are known for is there«gravy» as they call it, Americans/sauce. The other thing I know they’re known for is hospitality, friendliness and an appreciation for people and the celebration of food. Not here. Just business as usual. get em in and get em out. I feel like this restaurant has become so popular that we all have to settle for young individuals that have no manners, pizza that is somewhat OK and also management that takes advantage of their customers because after all, they have a reputation of being so popular, good pizza or not. I’d like to see one employee take ownership and greet customers like I stated, I would think one or two employees parents taught them to say thank you and your welcome but not from what I have noticed. I’m searching for a new pizza place in town as I’ve been here for 14 years. I went to pizza pasta house not happy with this establishment, but they closed. There is a new pizza’s shop where the old steak and hoagie was I’m going to try them next for the ownership of this establishment you need to have a conversation with your employees and treat your customers as if they were like your own children or your mother and father with respect and appreciation! Funny thing, Saturday evening at 6:30 lot is not full, it once was. Hmmmm. Check it out you will see that everything I have explained is exactly the case. I will say one thing positive, the wings are good. Why I posted 2 stars instead of 1.

We ordered a pizza with sausage. Some pieces had sausage, some none. The pizza was not good. The sauce was extremely watery. When I bit into a piece and the cheese came off, there were puddles of water on the crust. Also ordered mozzarella cheese fries. Fries were way undercooked and hardly any cheese!!! I’ve heard from others that this place was not very good, but now, I can attest to that.

This place is a joke. I went there on Sunday 4÷19÷15 and was so disappointed. My fiancé went in and ordered a take out pizza for my family and then we quickly decided to make it dine in. It was less then 3 minutes from the time we ordered(he walked to the car and back) and when he told them we needed it to be dine in they told us «we cant change it because you originally made it take out». We had a 6 and 7 year old with us and they would not let us change. I was furious because my there were seats available and there was no reason for them to say«no». I didn’t want to make a scene so my fiancé just said ok, but I have never heard of anything so insane from a restaurant that claims to have good customer service. I will NEVER go back there again because of this because my experience doesn’t seem to matter to them. HORRIBLECUSTOMERSERVICE.

The cheesesteaks, works pizza, and happy hour keep me coming back. I wish their bar area was larger and also wish they had a deck for the summer. The have enough rooms to accommodate parties large and small.

Worst service ever. First of all the appetizers took forever to come and right when the came the main course came. Then even though we clearly said for separate checks they didn’t and they made US split the check which took forever. The food was average and will definitely no be returning.

We have eaten in restaurant and have taken home. The last few times I have ordered take out my order has been wrong. The last time they accidentally gave me someone else’s Stromboli– I was asked to please drive that back and sit and wait for the correct one. I was never offered even a soda for my gas. Ok mistakes happen. My family of 4 went tonight for dinner we had ordered a Sicilian pizza, fries and burger. Fries came out cold and tasted like they were sitting for way too long. We tasted the pizza — it was cold. Waitress came over and we said our fries– she cut us off(kindly) and said you need new ones right? I could tell. We told her pizza was cold. They heated pizza and it came back out– bottom was burnt but it was still cold we were served new fries much less quantity and they were not good. It’s a shame we live one mile away — we liked to walk to restaurant and order to go — but we feel like we need to never go again. No apologies were ever received from either issues. There are too many other choices around us — that at least apologize for mistakes.

We booked two of their private rooms for my mother in law’s 70th surprise birthday, and surprise, Giuseppe’s delivered on their end! Their buffet table of salad, chicken parmesan, ziti, and roast beef sandwiches were spot on, with a nod to the chicken parm… really good. The facilities were clean, the drinks were kept restocked, and the waitress and busboy not only were attentive, but mixed in– in an appropriate, non-intrusive way– with the party. Also, a nice touch were the video imputs for the flat screen TV’s…we were able to plug in a laptop and run a slideshow very easily. I can’t comment as to the price tag for food for 50 people, fortunately. I grew up with the Guisseppe’s in Ambler, and my-oh-my, based on this pizza kingdom, little Giuseppe has certainly grown up! Note that the address seems to be off… now located at the corner of Street and Delmont Roads.

Let me start by saying that the people who work here are great! The pasta and some random other dishes here are fine. Nothing amazing, but completely on par with other local pizza places in the area. What disappoints is the pizza. It’s amateur hour pizza. If you have never eaten a decent slice before I’m sure it’s great, but I would suggest looking elsewhere if pizza is what you’re craving.

You guys put way too much cheese on your pizza! It’s like getting extra-extra cheese on a normal pie and it makes the crust soggy. A very disappointing experience.

Great pizza place… although we didn’t order pizza. Everything we did order was very good — chicken parm sandwich, pizza chicken cheese steak, tuna, The Godfather, regular steak sandwich, Italian wedding soup, and lobster bisque. We all ate for a little over $ 10 each! The service was great, the place is clean, and the beer is cheap. We will be back. I out that the Giuseppe’s on York Road in Willow Grove is not owned by the same people — good to know.

Really enjoyed dinner here. Large portions and decent prices. Went at about 5 pm and did not have to wait. Will return again.

Pizza is good. Rest of the food is less than mediocre. Service at the restaurant has always been poor. Staff is more interested in talking to each other and their friends that come in than their customers. The closest place to where I live, and I’d rather drive an extra 5 minutes. Good for take out pizza. Other than that, skip it

I had one of the worst eating-out experiences here, worst! Went there for a Mother’s Day brunch, buffet style. First thing that«stood out» was the three ROUND tables to fit our entire family(20 people) at. That was ridiculous! They obviously had a long table, but that was given to another party, a party which didn’t have as many people as we did. That just set the bad tone for the entire meal. Had it been up to me, we would have left. After asking for tea, I was given a mug and a tea bag. Uh some hot water here would be nice! And the male bringing the coffee mugs and orange juice to our three round tables needs to be taught how to deliver food. He put his fingers at the top of the glasses. That’s disgusting! People will be putting their lips where you just put your dirty/germy fingers! There were approximately five different foods(yes, only five) in the buffet. Otherwise you had to place a special order. Lori the waitress took our used plates of which I had put silverware on. Again I was asked if I wanted to keep my silverware. NO, I do NOT! Just get me a new set of silverware! Why does waitstaff ask that question? You are not home, you do not have to wash the dishes! Do you job and get me new silverware!

The best pizza outside of NYC! This is not just a pizza place. I love the fact that it is a family run restaurant. The food is always great quality. I like this place so much better now that it’s in the new location. It now has separate bar area to watch the game, a room to eat with the family and a few big rooms. The broccoli rabe and eggplant are favorites. They also have good gluten free options. If you’re in the area this place is an excellent choice.

This was the first Giuseppe’s. Then they grew and grew, both in locations and in their menu offerings, for awhile there I grew! Only three restaurants remain family owned and operated. This one, the one in Richboro and the one in New Hope. They started off as one of the only pizza joints around and of course you had to love their pizza. It is good stuff. Now they have a full menu from appetizers to homemade soups, salads, sandwiches and entrees. Wine and a full bar! Go to their website to down load monthly coupons. Good stuff, check them out!
