Eastern/​Chadrow Associates, Inc. was founded in 1967 by Edmund A. Chadrow, Jr., P.L.S. For over 40 years we have provided creative solutions to our clients’ unique site planning, surveying and engineering needs. Our portfolio spans planning, land surveying, civil & environmental engineering and construction management.

Eastern/​Chadrow Associates, Inc. clients come from both the public and private sectors. They include municipalities, water and sewer authorities, development companies, contractors, and individual landowners. From project concept to completion, we collaborate closely with our clients to insure their requirements and goals are accomplished.

Business Owner

Edmund Chadrow III is President and a Principal-​in-​Charge of Eastern/​Chadrow Associates, Inc., and is an integral part of all design projects for his firm. His experience includes: topographic mapping, boundary surveying and analysis, construction and control surveying, preparation of tract and parcel maps, earth work calculation and quantities, targeting and control for photogrammetry, and land title surveys in accordance with the American Land Title Association and the American Congress on Surveying and Mapping.

His review and ultimate signature and seal on plans assures your project of the finest services available. Mr. Chadrow has over 27 years of land surveying experience including public works, residential, commercial and industrial projects, and is also a member of the Pennsylvania Society of Land Surveyors.
