Cosmo Prof

I went to this store last week for the first time. Unfortunately i would rather have my eyes poked out then deal with these people ever again. With the exception of the two young people that work there. First I had to listen to someone that I was told is the district manager named Sue, belittle and embarrass her two young workers, then I had to listen to who I was told is the manager Peg, talk about with this person Sue, the two young people that were working in the store. They called them names, cursed at them, belittled them and then did not seem to care that there was myself and three other customers in this store at the time. This company should be embarrassed by the low life’s they have managing this place. I feel bad for the young people working there. They only reason I gave two stars is because those two young girls did what they could to make things right for those that had to listen to these two tyrants. Maybe Cosmo Prof should replace the old nasty managers with younger fresh faces that are doing all the work anyway. I will go back but if I hear either of them again, I will be sure to speak up and file a complaint against them both.
