It’s 5 guys. I don’t see the issues others have with any of their locations. This one is clean, same olé(good burger) and fries. The fries at this location didn’t have as much salt as other times I’ve been but it’s a good thing. The guy in the kitchen screaming out the numbers is LOUD. but he said Thanks when the 4 of us walked out the door. That’s a plus and has never happened to me in a 5 guys before. It’s about time they recognize the customer from walking in the door to walking out the door.

I’ve been to many five guys and never really been disappointed. But I don’t think this location does the top notch job the others do. I welcomed it compared to the robin restaurant down the street, but now I’m mixed about who wins. I went on a Friday Eve, it was busy enough but not overboard. The person that took the order was just plain old business, no smiles, no greetings, no enjoy your meal. The wait was longer than any other 5 guys I’ve been to including ones in NYC and at Foxboro. The burger and all the fixings was great, the fries? not what I remember them to be at all. medium warm, greasy, limp. and just salty. Seems like the fryer settings are off? or they didn’t cook them long enough? They usually come with a seasoned salt but this was just table salt and WAYTOO much! When fries are about 50% of the meal and you blow it, I got to question what are you doing wrong. If your cooking them at the wrong temp or cutting it short, what if you do that with a burger? Not a good thing.

First time here. Second visit to a five guys. I got the bacon cheese burger and regular fries and banana strawberry shake… Shake was awesome nice and thick. Burger was great too plenty of bacon and juicy. A regular size fries is big too much for one. They were ok a little under cooked but I love the skins still on them. It’s better than grabbing fast food like mc d an the king is just as fast and the tunes were cranked an awesome play list.

They sell burgers, hot dogs, fries and not much else. Their claim to fame is offering cheese, bacon, and 15 other toppings for your burger as well as fresh cut fries. I asked if they had any other kind of cheese besides orange american. The answer was«no». They offer burgers with one or two patties, so my wife asked how big the patties were. The woman at the register could not answer that question. If you care more about the toppings than the burgers, you might like this place. There are lots of places in the area where you can get a dry, overcooked, and mostly tasteless burger, but this is the only one who will charge you nearly $ 7 for the privilege(bacon, no cheese). I was excited when I saw the fries, they looked great. However, the excitement vanished when I put one in my mouth and got the taste of nothing but salt. I love salt. I will add salt to fries and most meat 95% of the time I eat out, but this was WAY too much. The only way I could eat them was to wipe the salt off the outside of each fry before putting it in my mouth. The next time I want to go out for a burger, I will go to one of the bigger chains. The burger will be a little bit better and the price will be a lot less.

After the bad experience the first time there, I was glad that at least the regional manager called me back to address my concerns about the wait time and food quality. He sounded genuine enough. He even promised to send me a coupon to make up for the ;last time I was there. Well, guess what… The coupon never came. I guess I am not surprised. You know the saying«Fool me once…». I don’t think I will be returning, since it is a shame considering the convenient location. Looks like this chain is having some serious HR issues, which is pretty common considering the rapid growth recently…

I’m a big fan of Five Guys Burgers and Fries. Now that they’ve opened up a location in Wareham, it’s going to be really hard not to want to eat here all the time. First of all, Five Guys in general has fantastic burgers, always grilled well done. Something you should know right away, is that when you order a «hamburger» or «cheeseburger», you’re going to get 2 quarter pound patties on one bun. If you’re looking for something smaller, get the«little hamburger» or «little cheeseburger» that comes with only one patty. All four sandwiches are available with bacon, for an extra charge. Then, you get into your free toppings. there are 15 in all. Just to name a few: the standard ketchup, mustard, lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, to grilled onions, mushrooms, A-1 steak sauce, and Frank’s Red Hot. My go-to is the little bacon burger with Frank’s Red Hot, and pickles. Also, the fries are cooked in peanut oil, so they have a nice crunch to them. Good news for fry lovers, bad news if you’re allergic to peanuts. The fries come in three sizes: «little», «regular» and«large». They fill a paper cup full of fries, and dump an extra scoop in the bag. The regular order of fries can easily feed 3 people, so If you’re eating alone, get little fries. If you like things a little spicy, you can ask for them«cajun style». They have a shaker of cajun seasoning they put on, right after they salt them. If you want to try it first before they put it on all your fries, ask for it on the side. This new location has gone high-tech with the Coke Freestyle soda fountains, More and more Five Guys locations are getting them, because they allow customers to pick from over 100 drink variations(ever have Fanta Raspberry?). Plus, you get free refills! The newer locations are also getting milkshake stations, which this location has. Customize your shake with any combination of flavors like chocolate, vanilla, strawberry, coffee, caramel, and strangely, bacon bits. Top it off with whipped cream, if you desire. The prices for Five Guys are more than you’d pay at fast food places(McDonald’s, Burger King, Wendy’s, etc) but it is SO worth it. I’m not ashamed to say I paid over $ 10 for a burger, fries, and a drink… and loved it! The staff at this location are friendly, and enthusiastic(we’ll see if they stay that way after the store’s been open a while). My meal was delicious, on par with all other Five Guys locations I have been to. The place was clean, and there seemed to be many people there enjoying their meal when I was there. Parking was ample, on both sides of the building. If you’re a fan of Five Guys, stop here when you’re in the area. If you haven’t tried them yet, no time like the present.

Five guys is always really good no matter where you go it’s really nice that they just opened one down by the Cape this place needs a little more variety of Restaurants they have red Robin up the street but it’s more pricey and more of a restaurant to dine in rather than a casual place to sit down and go staff was friendly restaurant very clean food came out fast will be going again
