I am surprised by the negative comments. I have always received superior customer service from Cluetts. I will not buy from anyone else. When they came out to repair my washing machine, they even repaired a pathetically poor installation of my dryer (courtesy of the joke called Sears).

Awful customer service. This is an appliance repair place that doesn’t want to do repairs. The manager didn’t «feel like» repairing my brand new refrigerator. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Happy to sell you an appliance, but shrug their shoulders and make excuses for problematic equipment. I was told they only sell them, not manufacture them.
Was sold a bad washer, then waited over a week for repair because of their issue with manufacturer — finally replaced unit, but never offered to help me — just blamed manufacturer.
Better off just going to Sears as this place isnt worth the drive. These guys are a joke
