Chef Cloud was born in Queens, New York and developed his love for cooking and combining unique flavors at a very early age. Feeling the need to enhance is knowledge of cuisines, Chef Cloud trained at the Culinary Institute of America in Washington, DC under the tutelage of Master Chef Edwin M. Scholly.
