First off, a «special» thank you to Unilocal for making me have to download the app prior to posting a review — didn’t realize I was living in communist Russia. Read my previous reviews, food here is amazing for a take out place. I’ll place it up against any place in Queens. But their affiliation with Beyond Menu? Sorry, way too cumbersome. Had to order from a competitor(after failing with Beyond Menu multiple times) and although the food wasn’t as good, the process was better. Sadly, no more King Garden.

A great new favorite over Yummy Yummy. It’s a little farther than Y Y, but worth the extra 5 minutes. Very friendly people. Pricewise, it’s definitely cheaper than Y Y I bought 2 combo dinners & nothing else and the bill was only $ 16.85, about $ 4.00 + or — less. Parking: there were 2 or 3 empty spots on their street. Considering this was a Friday night that’s not too bad. The food: The portions were generous even though they were in the same containers as most take-outs. My wife had the vegetable Lo Mein. That was probably the better if the 2, but my General Tso’s Chicken wasn’t too bad. The chicken was a little tough but tasty. Both combos had pork fried rice which was pretty good. Along with the combos we were given a pork egg roll for each. Unlike most other places these were NOT oily or greasy. I’m still searching for a closer restaurant but until I find one as good, this is it.

I’ll admit I’ve had better chicken wings. But their fried rice and boneless ribs are delicious. The ribs aren’t fatty and you can order them well done so they’re crisp. We order so often the lady knows us just by our order. We visit plenty of Chinese places religiously and this is the only place that acknowledges we’re frequent flyers. Super friendly, the tables are always clean and they are generous with the lunch portions!

Fantastic food and they’re the sweetest people too! My favorite is the brocolli bean curd — I’ve yet to find any other place that does it half as well.

This place is hit or miss. At first,(2 years ago) I was relieved that I found a place that actually had hacked duck.wow. It was good a few times; I ordered the usual top 5 dishes, but then it went downhill. I had a couple of losers and I will never order from that place again. On a side note… Chinese food out here is completely«Americanized», loaded with gloopy sauces, which is quite the opposite of healthier Guangzhou(Cantonese) food. I’m half Chinese, my dad was a cook in original Chinatown and the Upper Westside.

Great food! Awesome china town style soups… You can choose your meat and type of noodles… the only down side is it takes at least an hour for delivery

Be warned 5 star reviews must have dead pallets. This place is hit or miss on mediocrity. Chk Chow Fun was flavorless, Gen Tso: sauce was fine most of chicken was just over crispy balls. Hot and sour soup: tasted nothing like that of anything hot or sour. Fried rice was the best thing. Like all the pizza in the area, this place doesn’t distinguish itself from other take out Chinese places.

I’ve been obsessed with trying different Chinese spots in the area. This is one of the best I’ve been to. I have a serious love affair with Chinese food. Dumplings, wontons, spare ribs, noodles, soups; I love it all. I’ve been struggling to find a place with good noodle dishes. Sometimes I crave chow fun. The thick noodles that clump together with seasoned beef and Chinese vegetables is just so delicious but so many places miss the mark. Overcooked noodles or super salty beef just ruin it. BUT King Garden hit the mark perfectly. Tons of meat, chewy noodles, and crispy vegetables. I was so happy with it. I ate the whole thing in 2 days. The wonton soup was spiced well, it was not too salty. And there were lots of wontons in the soup, they weren’t stingy! They also sell Chinatown style noodle soup that is customizable with different noodles, meats, and dumplings that I’m super excited to try! Maybe this will be my new go-to!

Best Chinese food around. Fast delivery and the order is always accurate. Tried a few others but this one was the best by far. The wonton soup is amazing and so are the boneless spare ribs. The steamed chicken and broccoli is always a great dinner and comes with tons of chicken. Highly recommend.

This is by far the best Chinese food takeout place I’ve been to in long island. You can just taste that the ingredients they use are more fresh and clean compared to other restaurants and the seasoning is the closest to what you get in chinatown. We usually order their dumplings, fried chicken wings and shrimp lobster sauce rice. Basically anything we ordered so far hasn’t disappoint. And the lady is the front is so nice all the time!

This is the place to get Chinese food. Without a doubt they excel at what they do. They are fast and delicious, you can also get those Asian sucking candies and almond cookies here.
