Jacki’s Wig Works

Today I had the pure pleasure of working with Jacki. Jacki was recommended to me by my hair stylist and family hair salon. I am undergoing chemotherapy and my hair is falling out faster than I thought so I needed a full wig fast! I called Jacki and she answered right away, just by the tone of her calm and friendly voice, I knew that this was going to be what I was looking for. I headed over to her shop and she welcomed my mother and I in… the environment was warm, friendly and un-​intimidating. She had numerous wigs/​styles to choose from and knew exactly what I was looking for. I ended up purchasing two wigs, one long and one shoulder length with beach-​waves. The long wig she had in stock and I walked out with it styled and fitted to my head, it’s just like my own hair. Jacki is compassionate, very professional, and understands the needs of women undergoing chemotherapy and hair-​loss. All in all an experience that could have been traumatic and scary turned out to be fun and exciting. I left Jacki with my confidence back! Thank you so much Jacki you are a gift!!!

Jacki is great, I have Alopecia and went to her because of rave reviews from a coworker and she was so kind and worked with me to find the perfect wig. I’ve now been going here for almost 4 years and she washing and styles all of my wigs every 2 weeks. Highly recommend, she’s very patient and understanding that needing a wig is a struggle for many people.

Jacki came highly recommended to us and now I see why. My mom walked out with a beautiful wig and her dignity back in tact. Jackie was very compassionate and was able to get my moms number right away. She looked at a few photos and came up with many different ideas. It didn’t hurt that Jacki was previously a hair stylist and was able to style the wig to perfection for my mom. Jacki is a true professional who gets pure joy out of handing people back their confidence. I would highly recommend this experience for anyone in need.

Jacki is great! Came here with my grandmother. You can tell she loves what she does, and is so kind and compassionate while doing it. So professional and great at what she does. And another plus– they have an adorable poodle! Great find after a bad experience at another wig store!
