Homak Manufacturing

I purchased a tool cart manufactured by Homak from a local NAPA store in Pittsburgh, PA. It seemed like a nice high quality cart upon inspection while unboxing. But the first time i opened the drawers they would stick. I fiured maybe it would straighten out after the cart was fully assembled. But it was the same… hard to open. I called the NAPA that I purchased the cart from and after a few months of getting the run around they told me that I would have to contact Homak directly. So I contact Homak almost 20 days ago and they don’t seem to stand behind their product. They have told me that it is a retail distributor issue and I would have to contact them. The bottom line is that I just want them to help me out but there is no sense of urgency.
