I absolutely love this Krogers. They have the best organic section and produce. I also would like to give credit when credit is deserved, for I also work in customer service and would like to commend Jason in the meat department for superior service. Thank you Sir and I will see you again.

Saved in my GPS. I would rather stop here, get healthy food, and lower priced gasoline, while on road trip, instead of stopping at a truck stop. I got baby carrots, raspberries, and some school supplies on this trip. Next time I will bring my cooler and pick up some of the gourmet offerings to take home.

Get dinner!!! Yes they have a great hot food bar. Sometimes they grill outside for fundraisers. The bbq ribs are the best!

What can I say? This Kroger is unbelievable! It’s what you would get if Macy’s purchased Meijer. Of course, they have all the groceries you need. There is fresh, organic produce, the meat and seafood departments are attended(not just refrigerated racks,) and there is a vast selection of all the products you need. There are several full buffets and even fresh sushi in the gourmet/restaurant area. One side of the store looks like Home Goods or Bed, Bath and Beyond right down to the Oriental Rugs hanging from the ceiling. There is a furniture section, toy section, DIY area, etc. I’ve never seen a Kroger like this and it will be my store of choice when I travel through the Walton/Florence area again. It’s definitely a one stop shop, and I’m sure those who have shopped here would agree.

Being pretty new, this Kroger is well-stocked and clean. When I visit my grandparents, it’s my go-to place to stock up on goetta and Ale-8 – they always have a large supply of both. When they built this location, they thought of pretty much everything. There’s a large seating area – good for people like my grandfather, who tires easily. The furniture and home décor section is well laid out. The farm-stand, local produce tent is great, and the produce is inexpensive.

Since this is a newer Kroger location, it does have some products and services not found in unremodeled Krogers. I love the cheese selection. They have a fair bit of organics, but I would love to see more. And I always wonder why they have bins where you can buy uncommon mushrooms by the pound, but they are always empty!

I really enjoy this Kroger location. Though I live in Florence, and I guess the Marketplace Hebron location or Fort Mitchell is closer(maybe?), I like the people at the Walton store more – both in employees and customers. After all it IS a grocery store, not a place to be seen in your latest fashions. Walton needed a grocery, and this certainly fits the bill. It’s always clean, items are always priced in the produce section, and the produce is always fresh and displayed beautifully, unlike the lesser Kroger stores like Silverlake and Union. I also find the register clerks helpful, and trained efficiently, unlike other older stores. It’s nice to be asked«how many of your own bags» you have, if you have coupons, etc… The deli is always staffed well, they are always kind and moreover, they(apparently) cut my husband’s braunswieger perfectly(I wouldn’t know, I don’t eat the stuff, but he says so). The fish selection is far better at this location than most. What I appreciate, too, is that if you want chicken OTHER than Tyson, this location has it. They carry Amish chicken, and have a nice selection of the Private Selection Organic chicken. For some reason, the Union Kroger ONLY has Tyson and Perdue, both factory farms that I refuse to give my money. I like how this store is laid out, and for someone like myself, who mainly shops the perimeter, it’s easy to navigate. The organic food area is larger than other locations, and has relatively good prices, though I do get most of my organic snacks at Target, simply because of the price difference.

This is a relatively new Kroger location. In an area that had been sorely lacking for a major grocery option for awhile, this store really stands out. It’s got all the amenities one expects in a good grocery store, plus a bunch of things that I really don’t expect in a grocery store. I’ve only been in and out a few times, but I have noticed: A pharmacy, bakery, sushi station, cheese station, «Panera-style» bistro, Starbucks, deli, seafood department, and gas station. It’s also got about three or four aisles’ worth of space for a furniture/home décor area, and a jewelry store in the front. It’s open 24 hours, and prices seem pretty typical for a Kroger, which is to say ranging from competitive with Wal-Mart on some items, to outrageously high on others. Regardless, it’s hands-down the best place to go for groceries in the Walton-Verona-Crittenden area.
