Unfortunately my experience mirrors the other reviewer. We hired BAT in July 2013 to replace our drive. By January 2014 it began to develop pop-​offs, cracks and fractures. After months of back and forth (where I was accused of using rock salt etc) the owner (Bernie) finally agreed to replace the drive. In fact the concrete supplier (Ernst) agreed to supply the material for free. Bernie said they’d replace the drive in «early» 2015. I have not heard from him since May 2015. He has not answered a single call, text or email. Extraordinarily unprofessional and would not recommend.
UPDATE: I filed a complaint with the BBB but BAT has failed to respond in any way, As a result they have had their BBB accreditation revoked. They are no longer a BBB accredited company. Very sad and very unprofessional.
