I ordered a gorgeous tufted king sized bed from Arhaus. When the bed arrived my King size mattress did NOT fit(it’s a platform design) into the platform. Not only that but the bed was poorly made. I began by calling and speaking to my sales rep i Danbury, CT., a very nice rep who is very knowledgeable and had been a pleasure to deal with during the purchasing experience. She referred me to the stores«customer service specialist» Mary. Mary was a nightmare throughout the entire process. They told me they could order another for me, since it was a special order fabric it took two months the first time and through the process lost trust in the company and it’s product we decided to return the bed. Even though they knew my mattress was laying crooked on the bed it took them 2 weeks to pick up the bed and another week to credit my $ 3,200.00. NEVERAGAIN!!! RESTORATION and POTTERYBARN are better, more reputable companies and my bed is on it’s way!

I fell in love with a dining set and after much consideration, opted to spring the 13k for the set. On the first delivery, the table had what appeared to be a smudge on the top that happened when the stain was wet, the Buffett had a chip and the hutch came with scrapped wood in the tracks and a big gouge of wood. All of these were clearly from the makers of the set and not the movers. I called customer service and advised I wanted a new set and was not interested in a tech coming out to fix poor work. I was assured that the pieces would get a once over before coming out. «New» set is here. Now this table lacks stain in the pin holes and shows the raw wood. The hutch light doesn’t work. The stain has bubbled on the hutch. I almost forgot all the scratches in hutch. It now appears I need to rely on this tech to come to the home and fix poor workmanship. I am not interested in them blending imperfections. For 13k, I should have a flawless set not damaged goods. I don’t think I will be buying from them again and if they can’t get it right, they can take their damaged goods back and I’ll go to Ethan Allen to find a better quality set

I live several states away so I have no idea how I got on their radar. I’ve never been to this store but they send daily ads to my email that I never signed up for and will not respond to unsubscription requests. They use different emails to get around automatic spam filter. I would strongly recommend against making an online purchase/inquiry at this store since the nonstop advertisement campaign is so extreme. Advise going in person or not at all.

Horrible quality furniture, incredibly bad customer«service» and they do not stand by their warranty. To put the icing on the cake, they are now inundating my mailbox with offensive quantities of their catalogs. They are clearly grasping at straws to sell their sub-par furniture. For the record, I boycott any company that chooses to violate my time and space by clogging up my mailbox as well as killing trees to have catalogs printed on thick paper. this company is outrageously unethical. In case someone from Arhaus is reading this, I would appreciate it if you would STOP sending these IMMEDIATELY. The code number on one of the catalogs is PCK-4936PLT-43

Horrible customer service, terrible delivery experience and furniture split after 4 mos. The quality of the pieces are not good and good luck trying to get a hold of and working out solutions for an exchange. Don’t believe the«lifetime warranty» pledge. Buy furniture somewhere else… I promise you will be disappointed buying from this company. Check online for negative reviews they have hundreds, wish I would have done more research before buying from them.

quality pieces you will get what you pay for tasteful and classic. I have been an Arhaus customer for twenty+ years. I still have my first table from the old store in the flats that I bought back in the early ’80’s. Since then I have bought a total of six couches from them for a business that shall remain nameless in this review. I assure you though, they are used often. I just replaced the original couched that had just under 15 years of use. And they wear like iron. Even after 15 years, you would hardly sink into them. I made the mistake of buying a couch for myself at Value City furniture 9 months ago. Within 3 months, you sank to the floor. Uncomfortable and creaky, I hated it. Yep, lesson learned. Cheap is cheap. Going to the Crocker Park store was a pleasure. They had a great sale going on, and I bought 2 new couches. Christine the saleslady was helpful without being intrusive. No pressure. The only glitch was one of the couches delivered was not the correct piece. Within hours, an Arhaus truck showed up with the correct piece. Great customer service, and great quality product. Highly recommended. Carry on.
