History

Established in 1969.

Founded by Michael Weinmayr, one of the last employees of the Olmsted Bros. firm, specializing in public parks and public housing renovation, healthcare and eldercare facilities, residential properties, housing, commercial sites, and land planning. David Jay joined the firm in 1988 and became managing partner in 2004, adding expertise in sustainability and historic work.

Business Owner

Mr. Jay is a LEED Acredited Professional with over 20 years of experience in incorporating sustainable practices into his work. He is fully capable of providing all phases of landscape architectural services including land planning, site design, construction documents and construction observation. Prior employment has included Cummin Associates; Innocenti & Webel; Lucy Tittmann, Landscape Architects; and the National Park Service with the Resident Landscape Architect in Yellowstone, Wyoming. In addition he has instructed at the Wentworth Institute Department of Architecture, teaching site design and site engineering.
