Sunshine Cleaning Systems is not a franchise. We are company located in Waltham, which is about 10 miles west of Boston.
We offer Carpet Cleaning, Upholstery Cleaning, Leather Cleaning, and Tile & Grout Cleaning. We use «Green» cleaning products for all of these services.
We try and educate our clients about the importance of maintenance. Because in the long run, this will save the client money and keep everything looking great all the time.
So far, our doors have been open for 2 years. However, our owner, Ray DeMeo, has more then 10 years in the cleaning industry. Ray is also a Certified Master Cleaner with the IICRC, that’s The Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification. They are the largest Certification organization in the world for carpet and upholstery cleaners. Come on in and experience for yourself what a difference Sunshine Makes!
History
Established in 2007.
The business began when we saw that many customer were being given poor service. We learned about the IICRC, The Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification. Besides our clients, we knew that education we perhaps the most important thing for Sunshine Cleaning Systems. We began attending variety of training classes so that we could separate ourselves from the rest of the pack. Today, we continue to take classes to stay abreast of industry changes by attending classes, reading industry magazines, and attending cleaning conferences.

Business Owner
Ray DeMeo has always had cleaning in his genes. He helped his mother cleaning houses as a young boy. When began his working career, he started at Johnson Drug in Waltham. He had a variety of cleaning duties there. Ever job after that had him cleaning as some task. Even at Stop & Shop; He had to sweep the isles when he wasn’t bagging groceries or getting carriages. Everyone was complementing his work, so he decided he should look into his own business. That was the launch of Sunshine Cleaning Systems.
