Patient First Chiropractic and Physical Therapy

Dr. Cadoo is honest gentleman and tells you realistic treatment plan. PT Andrew is also good. Only thing i did not like is the front office staff hired by Dr. Cadoo, they are very unprofessional, they have no accountability of what they are doing! Lot of communication gap ! Make sure you are paying for service you received when you receive bill in mail.

I can’t say how happy I have been with my care here. I’ve seen Dr Caddoo for two running injuries now, and each time he has listened, carefully diagnosed the problem, and effectively treated so that I was feeling better fast. With the first injury, I originally saw an orthopedic sports injury doctor who did not truly listen to me, and just rushed to put me in a walking boot. As soon as I saw Dr Caddoo, he confirmed that I did not need the boot, and had the problem fixed within a few weeks. The reviews don’t lie. I would highly recommend!

I’ve been seeing Mary Ellen for about 2 months now and I couldn’t be more satisfied. I suffer from posture issues and occasionally throw my lower back out. I’m am currently having zero issues. I also notice a huge improvement in my posture. Any questions you have Mary Ellen is sure to answer. She is extremely knowledgeable and seems to genuinely be a very good person as well. These people do not joke around and take their job serious. Not only is the adjustment itself perfect, but she has provided me with a few exercises and stretches to do at home.

Mary Ellen is a God send; does wonders for my wife’s headaches, my back and knee. Ryan, PT, did wonders after my THR, got me up and moving ahead of schedule!

I would go to no other Chiropractor than Bill Caddoo… The pain Ive suffered has been off the charts but he has been able to relieve it allowing me to stop taking the drugs others had prescribed. He is extremely knowledgable of what is going on and how to fix it. I highly recommend Dr. William Caddoo and his office. Extremely professional and capable of handling all of my needs!

They are great at Patients First. Bill the owner is knowledgeable and very helpful. I have brought my son for various injuries from sports and Osgood slaughters. I have gone for a back injury and also brought my daughter. All of the therapist have been very professional and personal. They have taken each injury case by case and really in the best interest of the patient. I have gone to other PT places and you are just a number. The staff is very accommodating too. I would highly recommend them.

I absolutely love Dr. Caddoo. He isn’t the typical chiropractor who wants to set up several sessions and continue to see you. As he says «I don’t want to have to keep seeing you» and he stands by that. Not only is he a genuine person who takes the time to hear you out and discuss issues, he never rushes you through or makes you feel as though you’re just a number. His hours are perfect for those of us who work long days and he’s usually on time. I hesistate reccommending him because others will start going to him as well, but he’s well worth it.

I, too, give 5 stars to Dr. Caddoo. I have had a chronic repetitive strain injury to my right shoulder. He immediately could see and feel the problem and diagnose it, something I have not found from uncounted doctors and physical therapists over more than 2 decades. I have been going to Dr. Caddoo for about two months now; not yet fixed, but definite improvement. His manner, his care, his knowledge are extraordinary. Highly, highly recommended.

I recently completed over 7 months of Physical Therapy at Patient First and wanted to say how happy I am with the results! I had a bad fall in April 2011and had multiple fractures in my right arm/​shoulder area that required surgery and a permanent steel plate to repair the damage. I had researched several area facilities that provided Physical Therapy but chose this one because of the credentials, experience and knowledge of the staff at Patient First. I chose Ryan Gleason as my therapist who worked closely with me this entire time to understand my problems, conditions, discomfort, and limitations from this serious injury. It was a long and slow recovery but I have close to 100% mobility in my arm and shoulder due to Ryan’s therapy sessions and my home exercise program that he developed for me. Everyone at Patient First was friendly and I felt relaxed and comfortable knowing the people there genuinely cared for their patients. If I or anyone I know ever needs Physical Therapy in the future I would highly recommend Patient First!

Was in Physical Therapy at another place for several months after tennis elbow surgery. My physical therapy coverage for my insurance ran out so I was just «living with the pain». I then injured my back and saw Dr. Caddoo for my back and he began to work on my arm.
With regular work on my arm it was only a few visits before my arm felt better than before surgery. (If I had seen him before surgery I may not have needed it!) Didn’t know Chiropractors worked on parts of your body besides the back and so I was pleasantly surprised to get relief for both my back and my arm from Dr. Caddoo. The Active Release Technique worked miracles on me!

Dr. Caddoo at Patient First is amazing. I’ve only been hear maybe 4 times, but the reason for that is because every time I come in with a new injury I leave and don’t need to come back again because I’m better… until I hurt something else.
I run a lot so I get a lot of muscle injuries, and Dr. Caddoo does this technique called Active Release Therapy that seems to work miracles in making me better. It’s basically a kind of dynamic deep tissue massage. Generally when I go in I get some e-​stim (electric stimulation) therapy too.
Basically, Dr. Caddoo is a really nice, very knowledgeable doctor, that does both chiropractic and physical therapy stuff, and he’s really good at what he does.
