Stay as far away from this company as possible. They are highly disreputable. Greenstamp did a shoddy job on the insulation work at my residence, first telling me to do work that was not needed, then billing the Mass Save program for work in my basement they never completed.
I have tried to get them to return to redo some of the work they did, and called four times. They don’t return phone calls. Finally, the receptionist told me that they just weren’t interested in coming back to complete the job.

Terrible company. The installation was terrible, the workers were complaining about their job the whole time. Then, for some reason they stopped the insulation of my basement walls at some, undetermined location saying that that was all the bid included. The owner came by upon my complaints only to tell me that the bid only included a portion of the basement, even though I told the salesman we were insulating the entire basement. He told me they would return to complete for an additional cost.

I was referred to them by a neighbor but was a bit concerned when the sales rep didn’t address several specific conditions in our attic that would require a more involved, two step approach. For example, insulating a vaulted ceiling in our kitchen could have only been completed while the roof was being replaced but the sales rep never mentioned that so if we had proceeded forward, the roof would have been replaced before the insulation could have been installed. Concerned that the sales rep, the person setting up the job, did not fully understand the required scope, we ultimately selected another provider.
