I highly recommend Dent Solutions. I put off getting my hail damage fixed because it’s always such a pain to deal with the repair shops. This place was anything but. The mechanics are all very friendly and knowledgeable about what they do. The repair was done quickly amd most importantly, my car came out perfect.
Very positive experience overall.

We had two cars that were victims of the August 2015 hailstorm. One was a relatively new Honda Odyssey, the other an older Buick Skylark. Both had a few major hail dings, but we didn’t realize how many smaller dings there were until we were at Dent Solutions’ shop on Fern Street. And there were a lot!
We brought our cars over to the shop and they were finished in just a couple of days. This shop specializes in paintless dent removal — also known as «PDR» — which is either using special tools to massage the metal back into place from the backside of the metal, or using glue pull to pull the metal back into shape from the front side. No paint or body filler involved.
When we came to pick up our cars, we couldn’t believe how good they looked! Every dent gone! No sign of previous damage whatsoever, regardless of the age of our cars. Plus both our cars were thoroughly washed and detailed. They hadn’t looked that good in years, and we wash our cars regularly!
We dealt primarily with Rich, who guided us through the insurance claims process (this sort of loss comes under your «comprehensive» insurance coverage, if you paid for it) and was also kind enough to provide a local ride when needed. These guys were easy to deal with and did a fantastic job. While we certainly hope to avoid future freaky summer hailstorms, we would gladly go back to Dent Solutions if Mother Nature strikes again.

I am picky, really picky and these guys did an EXCELLENT JOB! If you recall that freak hail storm in Aug 2015, well my car got «pinged» badly. It looked like someone threw a bag a marbles at it, perhaps 50 or so tiny dents.
Here is what I did: Called Rich at Dent Solutions and …(crickets — I did nothing else).
Here is what they did: Called my insurance company, made the claim, called the adjuster, arranged for me to have a rental car, took me to get the rental car, kept me updated by text message daily, fixed every single dent, replaced window stripping, told me it would be done in two days, texted me two days later, picked me up at the car rental place, gave me my car.
Yup that fast — that easy. The car looks like it did the day I drove it out of the showroom AND they detailed it — inside and out!!!
They were easy and pleasant to deal with; kept their word and did an awesome job and no, I am not related to anyone there — they are just that good!!!
