AT&T

Do not purchase phone accessories from these people. They do not stand behind the products they sell and their return policy is asinine and tilted completely against the customer.
I bought a charging cable and within a week the tip broke off inside the phone. Just sitting on the table and then when I picked up the phone to take the charger out the cable fell away with the tip still inside. The staff at this store says that the one year warranty doesn’t cover this. How is that? Well because any physical defect is assumed to be damage due to negligence. It’s assumed in all cases they say and it voids the warranty.
So the warranty is meaningless. They say it also voids the 14 day return policy (14 days!?!), which is just absolutely obscene.
I returned my broken cable (after taking nearly an hour at the apple store getting the broken off tip removed from my phone) and had to cause a scene to get them to honor the 14 day return policy.
Do not do business with AT&T stores for your accessories. Stick to Apple or third party vendors who will actually believe the possibility that you are not a crook right off the bat.
Stay away!!!

All i wanted to do was to switch my family member from an Iphone 5C to a Galaxy S4. The employee was trying to reach customer service for 90 minutes because he said he can’t do this without customer service. The employee that was helping us disappeared for 30 minutes at one point. (I think he left for lunch in the middle of helping us). While he disappeared no other employee was available to help us, so I called customer service from the store myself and explained to them that I just want to switch my phone. They asked me to put the employee on the line. They spoke for 30 minutes and came to no solution.
Overall I was there for three hours. The manager never once came over to say, «I’m sorry for this inconvenience». I notice there were a lot of other customers in the store getting very tired of waiting around. This location is known to be very slow and despite this they still offer no place for customers to sit or get some water.

Not a good place to get any help! You better know what you want exactly before you enter the store because they are not helpers!
