Great service, they always provide an honest estimate and timely repairs. I own 5 cars, 4 of them are over ten years old and Chris and his team keep them running, (can’t wait for the kids to get out of college and buy new cars so I won’t have to see Chris so often!)

I have been servicing all my cars here for over 15 years. Chris and his staff are honest and very knowledgeable. They only do what needs to be done. Will continue to bring my cars here. Only works on cheap cars like toyota Honda and ford.
$ 800 dollars for 2 axles… didn’t even last me 6 months because they’re not the right axles for my car.
Charged $ 350 for the parts which the correct axle only cost $ 185.
Went back to him 5 times for metal noise. They Said never heard it and car was fine… turns out they never drove it.
Now that I had 2 different real professional look at it, It’s been confirmed that axles were wrong ones so never would lock in correctly
They won’t fix their shitty work either. Told me not to come back. Won’t give me monwy back or even admit they don’t know what they were doing.
Don’t go here for anything more than a smile and brake pads.

Suburban auto is the best place to take your car. Chris the owner is the most honest and reliable mechanic around. He is amazing and can fix anything. Chris never tries to screw people and he makes sure his customers are getting the best deal in town and that your car is fixed properly. Anytime something goes wrong with my car, I call Suburban Auto and they are always willing to help. I highly recommend Suburban Auto to anyone, you can’t go wrong.

My parents have been bringing their car here for 20 years and I’ve been using them for the past 10. I’ve never tried another mechanic simply because I’ve never had a reason to.
Chris has always been very honest with me and he doesn’t try to fix more than is needed. I’ve actually dropped my car off there before thinking it needed a huge amount of repairs. He could have done and charged me for everything that I had asked for, instead he looked around to find the real problem, and charged me a fraction of the original job I had expected.
His pricing is fair and everything is done in a timely manner. Even after moving into the city, I’m hesitant about finding a new mechanic. I still drive out to Walpole, now I set my appointments to line up with visiting my parents.

I don’t trust a lot of mechanics. They either drive up the price, lie about what needs to be done, or «Mickey Mouses» a fix only to have to go back a few weeks later.
Chris at Suburban Auto Technicians is as honest as they come. Very quick, reliable and honest. I will never take my cars anywhere else (except to the GM dealership to fix one of the many many recalls).
I live in Framingham, and I make the trip all the way to Suburban because I know that with Chris in charge with my car, it is in excellent hands.

I’ve never trusted a mechanic the way I trust Chris. He will never tell you to fix something just to get money. He will give you reasonable estimates and tell you how long you have before something needs to be repaired. At one point, I was looking for a new car and Chris consulted with me on the phone about what issues it might have, what repairs would cost and if the car was worth the price. I can’t say enough about Suburban Auto!
