We got wood delivered last year and this year. Last year it was short of what we ordered but didn’t say anything as we had enough and didn’t want to deal with it. This year we got it delivered and it’s about 30−40% short of amount we ordered. We have a place we store it that you can tell how much wood there is and it’s definitely not as much as what we ordered. When we called they said it was «impossible» and that when they have issues like this they pick the wood back up. What? That resolution is ridiculous. Either give a credit for the missing amount or give us the remaining wood we ordered and paid for. Given the general state in terms of the overall shortage of wood, I have a feeling they are shorting lots of customers to keep up with the demand — beware and pay attention to what you get delivered. We’ll spend our money with a different company that is ethical next year.

Bought all our hemlocks here for our backyard. $ 250 for 10ft tall full trees! Great deal. All of the shrubs, plants, flowers and trees we have purchased from them have bloomed beautifully!
